We dined here on a recent Saturday evening. Waiter was Derek and he was terrific. The bus person was not terrific. I asked 3 times for water and for a slice of lemon - nothing. Then had to beg for some butter. The final straw was my husbands steak being undercooked (for his liking and not what he ordered). I... More

We were celebrating a bday and asked for a booth when reservations were made..after drinks in the bar we approached hostess to be seated..the place was not even half full.. at least 3 booths open and I'd say 20 tables..i kid u not..the hostess walked 2ft and started to seat us at the most exposed table right beside the hostess... What a nice evening we had at Morton's,we were seated in a nice booth and our server Tommy took over and brought us a nice bottle of wine to start the evening. There is a nice ambiance about this restaurant and I enjoyed watching the chef's cooking behind us. You have to go there hungry because the portions are huge.We had... More

I went here with my wife recently. For some reason Morton's is promoting happy hour at the bar all night. They have a select menu for this deal. However, all the food is delicious. We personally indulged ourselves with their fresh baked bread, Tuna Tacos, parmesan truffle fries, crab cake BLT's, Filet mignon trio, and a glass of wine all... More

Dinner started fine; ordered the bone in filet for me medium; came out totally rare; sent back for the chef to correct; came back rare again; no apology from the Managers; when asked about it, the most lousy, totally non service related response was that they took it off the check. Dining is not about food but about a family... More

Nice ambiance, professional level service, well prepared food, and no surprised - just what one would expect at a successful national chain restaurant.. They have their own take on Oysters Rockefeller, which was better than the average. The saboyon on the desert menu was an excellent and relatively light choice. Wine by the bottle was at an even higher than... More

Want some advice? Go to Capital Grill; this place is awful. My partner received a coupon via email for Morton's special $35 2-lb lobsters, so we decided to go. Our food: Complimentary Foccacia bread: Stale. No joke. You know how bread gets a little extra white inside when it starts to become stale? And it gets crusty? This had those... More

Customer service apparently isn't the strongpoint. Service from waiter (Anthony) was short, abrupt, a bit arrogant, and lacking. For the price, there should be better quality. Food was decent but I would expect that at $50+ for a steak. Steak wasn't cooked how I wanted it the first time. Had to send back. Unlikely I that I will go back.... More

I have been here before and the service and food were excellent, however this time the server was snippy and non-attentive. The steaks were over cooked. Our guests were uncomfortable and this was a very unpleasant business dinner. this was also the last time will go there.
