Our paellas are cooked in a traditional Paella pan; a shallow flat pan with two handles, made in and imported from Spain . We start with extra virgin olive oil, saffron and a "sofrito", which is the combination of garlic, onion, peppers and tomato. Next, we add the seasoned meats, homemade stock and rice which are cooked together until the rice soaks up the delicate flavors of the stock. Once the rice is cooked, we garnish the paella with diced roasted peppers, English peas and fresh cilantro. We hope that you enjoy and savor every bite!

The traditional flavors of Spain and Portugal are highlighted in all our dishes here in the heart of historic Fernandina Beach. Sip on homemade Sangria or enjoy a glass of wine from a list of hand picked selections (International and Californian). Choose from a menu of hot and cold tapas, "just caught" fish or meat entrees including the national dish of Spain, Paella. You can choose to dine in our cozy main dining room, bright enclosed patio dining room or lush garden dining area which is open generally Thursday - Sunday and weather permitting :) Chef Roberto is a second generation restaurateur, with over 28 years experience. We ordered the calamari steak and the seafood paella for two. All the seafood was perfectly cooked and delicious! We sat in the shade outdoors for dinner and it was delightful.

Hands down the best on so many fronts! It's friendly. Tapas and apps are priced to be fun to try and enjoy more than one. Escargot is my favorite. We usually do Paella but the Spicy sauce on grouper or snapper is epic too.
