This was our first day in the area and being so close to the ocean many of us wanted oysters, and upon the recommendation of a tour guide we ate at Marina Seafood. It was a very expensive lunch with decent food, but the service and attitudes were deplorable!!!

From the outside, this looks inviting. It's ok but nothing special. There are many other places that serve seafood and do a better job of preparing it.

My friends and I always go to the Marina when we want fried chicken as it is always perfectly prepared. Always crisp, tasty, and never greasy. As my cousin said, "why are you taking me to a seafood place for friend chicken?" After the experience, he knew why.

We drove well out of our way (after reading the reviews) to try the fried chicken. According to our waitress it is made to order and so takes 20-25 minutes to prepare. Three of us tried it and found it to be good but, honestly, it was about as good as KFC or Sonny's. The salads had LOTS of onions... More

One of the oldest mom and pop restaurants in town. Quaint little place right next to the harbor. There is a train that comes right by the place on occasion going back and forth from the paper mill. Wonderful shrimp meals that are fresh and plump. Took a little while to get served because they were short handed but it... More

We enjoyed our dinner here. The food was excellent. The wait staff was courteous and prompt. The coleslaw was the best I'd ever eaten and the hostess didn't hesitate to give me the recipe. Can't wait to be in the area again.

A really nice place at the foot of Centre Street. Great lunch special with authentic "southern style" cooking and very pleasant and friendly staff!. My wife and I loved it and will surely return next time we are on Amelia.

Great crab dip. Sea food platter for two was excellent. Waitress was very nice and helpful. Tea glass never below 1/2 full. Next visit we will be there to eat again.
