We needed some place to have breakfast before doing the Amelia Lighthouse Tour. This was one of the few places open for breakfast. It was good. I wanted to order the biscuits and gravy and thank goodness the owner recommended sampling it first. He brought out a small serving for us to try. We did not care for the gravy... More

The menu was overwhelming. It has been my impression that a menu with over 80 items in a small restaurant means not so fresh food. Alot of make ahead and microwave.the food was fill and some what fresh. I think the breakfast would be good there.

Stopped in here for breakfast while visiting Fort Clinch. Really neat place in an old house. The food was good and service friendly. Pretty good meal. I would go back again.

People often say, the third time is the charm. Our first two attempts at eating at Jack & Diane's found them closed. Our third attempt found us in the restaurant and the only guests. It's an eclectic building filled with "beachy" items and a mixture of different tables and chairs. There is inside seating and patio seating. Menu is filled... More

We had salads, where the greens were old, the seafood almost not to be found. Amelia Island is know for shrimp, but these could not have be locally caught.

The sign out side says food with attitude. The first thing I thought was wow this might be good. Boy was I wrong. The waiter wasn't bad but did seam in a hurry, even though there was only 2 other couples in the place. The water tasted like in came out of the bottom of a cooler, and didn't come... More

My family ate here for breakfast and liked having the tasting menu with $5 options with smaller portions. The atmosphere is somewhat eclectic and the staff was freindly.

We were on our way to Tasty Burgers on a friends reccommendation, but Jack and Dianes drew us in with their eclectic appearance and name. That was a mistake. We should have know better when they told us they were out of lemon at lunch time on a Saturday in the summer. What looked like a novelty of the silver... More

We went for lunch and had pork tacos and shrimp tacos. The pork was tough...so tough that we couldn't chew it. The shrimp tacos were better but the corn tortillas fell apart and they served it with a few tortilla chips and some awful canned salsa! For $10.00 I would expect more than 2 small....very small tacos and 10 chips... More

We have been trying different spots for breakfast. This is a must for you to try. Great food and service. Love the tables and art work.
