Visited Fernandina Beach and Lucas Centre for a private party. The service was excellent! The drinks from the bar were a good size and top shelf alcohol. Nice table right by the window as fantastic!

At present, the answer to both of your questions is "no". However, I understand, Luca's has future plans for serving brunch.
