We love this restaurant. We come here while we travel, two times a year. It’s consistently fantastic! Servers are wonderful. Love the atmosphere. Food is amazing. Happy hour has good prices for house wines so I can have two glasses. You have to try this.

Probably the worst experience ever at a restaurant. Half the items on the menu were out. All that was left was bad. Appetizers came out and the plates sat on the table for 40 minutes with being cleared .waiter was no where to be found....Main meal came out an hour and half later.. Spoke to the owner and he said nothing. Then spoke to the wife of the owner and told her how embarrassed we were since we had family in town with us. They said and did nothing .On the way out all they said was thanks for coming. Most expensive food and the worst service EVER. You want a great meal with terrific service, and better prices, go to the BOAT HOUSE...More

One of the best meals we have ever eaten. The atmosphere is stunning, service excellent. Kya and all the staff were so attentive. Charcuterie board was delicious and a perfect starter. Brussels sprouts had explosive flavor. We all had the tomahawk pork and not one...of us was disappointed. It was cooked to perfection. The bacon jam and Serrano emulsion added just a touch of unique flavor. The pecan pie and chocolate tart were the perfect ending to a perfect meal.More

Both food and service was wonderful. I loved the carbonara! The others at our table said that their meals were too salty. I would order by saying no extra salt. You can't take the salt away, but I can add it!

Overall great experience; service, food, and ambience. App: fried okra with Parmesan and spicy aioli, best fried okra I’ve ever had. Drinks: old fashioned with Buffalo Trace bourbon. Great cocktail. Main: surf and turf was awesome. The turf was like a good roast, not amazing...but very damn good. The lobster was perfect. And the mushroom tasted like a damn good steak just with a different consistency. Tomahawk pork chop was cooked perfectly and the cornbread was spot on! We are regulars in Fernandina beach and this was a great experience, we will definitely be going back!More

Delicious and perfectly cooked meals. The charcuterie board was yummy too. Great to have when we’re waiting for our meals. Our server was good too.

I may be a little harsh with 4 stars here but one of our meals had some issues. First the good: The ambiance was very nice - we had a patio table which meant even though there was a 10+ person party in the other...side of the patio, it didn't keep us from having a conversation. The wait staff was excellent, and the food came out at a good cadence for our meal. The appetizers were excellent especially the brussel sprouts that had all kinds of flavor (that being key because I find the natural taste of brussel sprouts pretty bitter). The dessert - a decomposed lemon cakes was just amazing. It was on the main course that we had some variance. The pork chops were excellent with a very nice jelly that complemented the meat very well. The salmon however was disappointing. It just didn't have anything special to jazz it up and was pretty boring. The sauce it came with was pretty bland, and the potatos were pretty tasteless as well. I don't know why that one particular dish was so bland while everything else we had was simply delicious. Was it a specific chef for that plate, or just a function of the recipe? Hard to know, but that did put a damper on an otherwise amazing meal and leads me to drop a star. I would still recommend going here - you have more variety of options than you do at other restaurants in the area, but that one dish just needs some updates.More

I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. Not only was it in a great location, but the restaurant was quiet and great atmosphere. We sat inside but the outdoor patio looked equally charming. The food was top notch. Of the many upscale restaurants...I have visited, this is at the top of my list! I highly recommend!More
