Went to Bon Appetit to celebrate wife's birthday. Sat at an outside table. Great view of the water. Food was terrific. Service was outstanding. We had the escargot to start. delicious in a curry butter sauce. We shared the half roasted duck and the half...rack of lamb which were fabulous! Food was delicious. Piano music was wonderful. Service was slow. However the clientele were very, very loud. My wife and I went there for, what we thought, would be a romantic dinner. It was more like Sunday brunch at the pancake house. It was so...noisy we could barely hear the live piano background music. Great meal. Salmon was delicious, fresh, tasty. Coconut shrimp were awesome. Tasty, Service was terrific. Our server was polite, conscientious, helpful. Outside dining was very pleasant. We will definitely be back.

Sitting outside with awesome views of the inter coastal looking out to Clearwater Beach, makes Bon Appetit a very special restaurant. After meeting with the event planner for my Aunt’s 99th birthday party, we enjoyed tasty lunches on the patio. The plexiglass along the patio...protected us from the wind while still giving a great view. Their shrimp cocktail is excellent with huge shrimp. My favorite lunch is the smoked salmon over apple slaw on potato pancakes. Yummy!More

Lousy service. 6:30 to 9:15 on a Tuesday. Three tries to get our checks correct. 30 min wait for drinks, had to ask for bread. Food ok. Management response to feedback was “sorry “ I won’t go back after 13 years of patronage

I told them that it was my birthday when I made the reservation. I didn't receive any recognition. We didn't have a good table, no free little dessert. The food was good as always. This has been my favorite restaurant. I was disappointed.

I loved this restaurant and every time we will visit the west coast we make sure to come here and eat. This time it was disappointing though. I ordered the 5oz fillet mignon on three course menu and it was disappointing. You presenting it as...a fillet mignon but it wasn't the best cut of fillet. You're charging 37.50 for 5 oz. at least i would've expect a good quality of the meat. Fillet mignon is out from my choices from now on from your menu!More

We have been to this restaurant 4 times, Jan., Feb., and March. We all have been totally pleased with quality of the food, service and ambiance. Their French Onion Soup is perfect, they have a shrimp appetizer that is delicious, their filet mignon is served...with red potatoes in a curry butter and very fresh asparagus and carrots. Highly recommend their shrimp and fettuccine. Cannot wait to go back! Always fantastic service.More

Great sunset views and atmosphere. We were seated at the window however would have preferred a table without views to get better service. The Service was horrible waited an extraordinary amount of time for our drink order after we were seated. Both of the other...waiters around us seemed to offer a bit more attention to their tables. Price points are high and with the service experience we opted for our dinner to be the lowest price menu choice which would have been my last choice but given the experience we just wanted to leave. My husband ordered no condiments and his sandwich came with everything. For such a higher end restaurant one would think the ordering could have been correct particularly in light of the horrible experience.More
