This place is totally worth it if you haven't been! Fun dining experience. Kids loved every minute of it.

We were there for over 2 hours. The server said they want you to take your time and talk. The restaurant promotes family and being social. We sat in a private corner. It was so private, I didn't feel like there was anyone else in the restaurant. The server was fantastic. The food was delicious!!! I can't wait to go... More

Complete waste of money. My wife and I went into the Melting Pot to celebrate buying a beach house. We ordered the cheese fondue for two and wine. The cheese comes in 2 ounce portions and isn't enough to finish the "dippers" that are given. We ran out with about 75% of the bread, 1/2 of the apples and 1/2... More

The service was just great but I just couldn't get into the process. They change 100 bucks and you have to cook your own food in boiling broth. Each ingredient takes a different time so nothing is prepared at the same time. A lot of folks love this but if I ever go back it's going to be cheese and... More

My husband and I were in town celebrating my birthday and we decided to have dinner here. I had been wanting the try the place for a long time. Upon arrival we were advised of a 20 minute wait which was puzzling because the place was half empty. We decided to wait at the bar to start our celebration before... More

For starters it took forever to get the whole process started. the cheddar cheese was VERY bitter. The shrimp and chicken on the "French quarter" meal were ok . I couldn't get over the boiling of the meat part. Just not for me.

We had a very nice meal at Melting Pot. Our server, Sierra, was very knowledgeable and helped us choose from the large menu selection. We decided to order the 4 course meal, plus an extra cheese and an extra salad. It was perfect. The Buffalo cheese fondue was delirious with the bread, the veggies and even the apples. We had...
