Took my son there last night, oh my god this place is filthy. Ordered two cheeseburgers fries and milkshakes, it came to $26. The burgers were over cooked and dry and looked like that had been trodden on. The fries were good but very small...More

It's just an old place serving carryout burgers and dogs as well as an old fashion ice cream and shake joint. Often has a large line, so that says something. Great if you have or don't have kids. A no frills place. Just fun. Enjoy.

This a great casual place to get a soft serve cone, hot dogs and fries. It’s not fancy and it is all outside seating. Great place to take kids. Food is cheap. The soft serve cone is great. Very creamy. Beware. They only take cash....More

I can not imagine how many health code violations they have? Fries not good not crispy they use a very nasty ketchup and put in heinz dispenser it isn’t Heinz The fruit punch is gross and the flavor of using Florida water was very dominant...More

This is the real deal. No chain or big corp. Food is wonderful. Old school charm is real.Right on "the Avenue" in delray. Good place to watch the wheels go round and round. Get some now because you never know when the originals will gone.

This is a very simple down to earth joint, basically Burgers, Hot Dogs and fries. Not a great variety or even a lot of choices but everything they make is made to perfection, including the buns. I would place this burger above any of the...More

Doc's is the perfect, no frills, takes you back in time place to grab a quick bite after a day at the beach or to take your date and dream about the 1950s. It is counter service but the food is prepared quickly. The hot...More

The burgers remain a good quality old fashioned meal. The fries are the best and served in huge portions. Service is always good.

Great place for a quick burger, malted shake, fries, soft serve ice cream, etc. Outside (covered) seating is great for watching the happenings at Old School Square (across the street) and Atlantic Avenue. Very affordable. Take cash as no credit cards are accepted. It is...More

Historical slice of heaven in downtown Delray. This place is reminiscent of "Car Hop" restaurants but sit down dining. I guess you could eat in your car but why? Must try, if in Delray Beach.

I recall reading in the local paper that Doc's would close sometime later this year...but if you're very interested in the specific timing, why not just phone them and ask?
