Having heard rave reviews about this Colombian restaurant from many friends and acquaintances, we finally made time to pay a visit. The owners have done a marvelous job of renovating and decorating the building. The fresh paint, sealed parking lot, attractive landscaping, colorful Latin decorations, and overall cleanliness create a welcoming atmosphere. The staff greeted us cheerfully as we walked through the nicely done front door, making us feel instantly at home. Although we noticed they have a full bar, we felt it was a bit early in the day for cocktails, so we opted for coffee instead. The restaurant offers a variety of coffee selections, and we chose the latte. Honestly, it was one of the best we've ever had, even rivaling Starbucks. After savoring our coffee for a few minutes, I decided to order a chicken sandwich on Cuban bread, while my wife opted for the Pan con Lechón—a pork sandwich with cheese and onions, also on Cuban bread. Both sandwiches came with fries. The portions were generous, and both the chicken and pork sandwiches may have been the best we've ever tasted. My chicken was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. The word on the street is true: you’ve got to give this place a try.

I have noticed this place for some time and tonight it worked out to stop and have dinner. Not being familiar with Columbian food it took a couple of minutes to orient myself to the menu. Our server was very good at answering our questions. We started with an appetizer, I don’t remember the name but basically it was fried mozzarella sticks. It was ok. My husband got one of the arepas which was good, I got chimmicurri chicken with black beans and cilantro rice, it was all good. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the atmosphere in room where we were seated, it was too bright and too loud. They were gracious to dim the lights but to me were still too bright. There were children, nothing wrong with children, and the noise from the bar, which between the two caused the noise level to be too much. The walls still need decor which might help with absorbing the noise. Next time we will sit in the room with the lower ceiling. Overall the food was good as was the service. Give it a try.

All 6 in our party enjoyed their meals and we appreciated the ability to make a reservation as we were on a timeline to enjoy a concert downtown. Our server was helpful and efficient. We enjoyed the ropa vieja dinner, 2 Cuban sandwiches, and 2 rice bowls. For dessert, we sampled the guava pastries, bread pudding with a side of vanilla ice cream and flan along with coffee. All were tasty and a delicious ending to our meal.

My wife and I were in Deland for an appointment from our home in Daytona Beach and tried this restaurant from a recommendation for lunch. It was very good with a large menu )for breakfast, lunch, and dinner). My go to entree for a Columbian restaurant is the Bandeja Paisa so I ordered it and it was a nice size portion and tasty. My wife ordered a Latin rice bowl with beef and enjoyed it also. We will definitely be back!

What a gem of a restaurant. Clean and modern inside. The service was wonderful. Our waiter was very sweet and helpful. I had a pork sandwich , my hubby had a chicken rice bowl. Both were generous proportions. I bring half of my sandwich home. There is a bar, if you want cocktail or wine, too. I will go back here for more delicious menu items. I want to try more of their baked goods. They look delicious too. Lovely mural paintings inside and outside.

They are currently in their soft opening stage. Staff was very friendly. Chicken empanadas are delish. Churrasco is yummy. Black beans and rice are very good. We’ve been twice this week and can’t wait to go back. Excellent addition to Deland.

The decor was very nice and comfortable. We were a group of four adults , and one child. Service was friendly, helpful, and professional. Our meals were great, well plated, and large portions. The group enjoyed all the dishes. Before we left we bought pastries, that were delicious. This is a do again restaurant, and we look forward to sharing it with friends.

A coworker introduced me to this place. I love the Empanadas the cheese bread and the Pan De Bono. Sorry if I spelled any of this wrong. However, the food is excellent!
