I had the Hawaiian Ribeye, my friends had barbecue and sushi and we all enjoyed our meal. A warm and inviting dining room, spot-on service and great drinks made for a perfect night. Can’t wait to go back the next time we are in town.

Corner location, highly popular, no lunch reservations so arrive before noon to avoid a wait. Most tables are booths for four, good for business meetings. Food quality consistently high, ahi tuna salad is a good lunch option. Hillstone probably beats Seasons 52 but Flemings still...More

This is one of those spots I visit regularly when in Miami/Coral Gables. Every thing is great from the moment you step in.. drinks, food, sevice, atmodphere, ambianve. Price is right and on weekends nights you can stay from start to end until the close.. One stop place..

Great prime rib sandwich. Very good varied American type menu. Pleasant atmosphere. Polite, very presentable wait staff. Some problems with service and food being cooked as requested. Often long wait for tables at busy hours. Overpriced for mid range atmosphere restaurant.
The ambiance and aroma make Hillstone attractive and appealing. But we all had a taste for s good burger and we were in the area. So we called and said 3 people could walk right in. We walked right over, half a block, and waited...More
I’ve been to this restaurant through its transformation to Houston and now to Hillstone. I believe I’ve eaten in one in NYC. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this place. It’s clever and chic with a well balanced menu, wine list, and bar. I am...More
