My husband had the hanger steak and i had the mahi. Both delicious. pre-service we enjoyed a beverage, and afterward we had champagne, and tasty, passed hors... More

We had dinner this past weekend for my birthday and also had the opportunity to use Miami Spice. We arrived and were seated outside with a beautiful view of the bay and sunset. The staff was attentive but not obtrusive. Our dinners were great, calamari, lobster chowder, pistachio cluster grouper, finishing with key lime pie. Everything was wonderful but the... More

No doubt Red Fish Grill is a special restaurant in Miami for a number of reasons: Red Fish Grill (inside Matheson Hammock Park) only opens for dinner (around 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.), and from its outer courtyard you can see the ocean; furthermore, it is an ideal venue to enjoy a romantic dinner, eat outdoors (especially during those months... Miami Spice menu includes an appetizer, entree and dessert for $ 39.00 a person. Four appetizers are offered so start with the roasted beet arugula salad topped with curry candied cashews for an appetizer. Next four entree selections are offered and grouper is cooked to perfection atop fingerling potatoes. Dessert choices are a coconut flan or the best key lime... More

Sunday morning, while going to church with my wife, we had to negotiate between a Sunday brunch after church or an early dinner out. Basketball Olympic final was at 2 PM while the Rio 2016 Olympic Games closing ceremony was going to be at 8 PM. So, we opted for an early dinner. While browsing the Miami Spice week list... More

It is Miami Spice season here in SoFla (specially priced menu offerings in the slower season for some of South Florida's better restaurants) and we had not been to Red Fish before so this was a good excuse to give it a try. Aside from a couple of pesky mosquitos, we were not disappointed. Red Fish Grill is located inside... More

Had the pleasure of eating at Redfish for my anniversary dinner and it was fabulous. If your looking for a romantic spot this is your place. The seafood is excellent and the waitstaff are top notch. The restaurant is tucked away in a state park surrounded by water. I ordered off the Miami Spice menu that's consists of an appetizer,... More

Description
Remember when Matt Dillon was eavesdropping on Cameron Diaz in the movie "There's Something About Mary"? They were at Red Fish Grill. And what a location! Whether dining outside under the Palms at the edge of Biscayne Bay or in the historic coral stone dining room, this restaurant is like nowhere else. It's a slice of Florida that disappeared long ago in most parts of Miami. But it's a lot more than atmosphere that brings in the locals and notables. The menu is dedicated to fresh local seafood, cooked with a gourmet twist, sometimes Caribbean... sometimes Asian. Best bets: Fennel Seared Yellowfin Tuna on Crispy Wonton, Crab Cakes with Tropical Melon Slaw, Red Snapper with Shaved Red Onion Fennel Salad, Herb Crusted Sea Bass with White Bean Ragout, homemade Key Lime Pie and Caramel Flan with Toasted Coconut. And a wine list that's reasonable and varied. Please visit our website for further details.
