Had the pleasure of eating at Redfish for my anniversary dinner and it was fabulous. If your looking for a romantic spot this is your place. The seafood is excellent and the waitstaff are top notch. The restaurant is tucked away in a state park surrounded by water. I ordered off the Miami Spice menu that's consists of an appetizer,... More

We enjoyed a delicious meal here on our first night in Miami. The setting is beautiful! It's in a park and a little off the beaten path, yet convenient to the major roadways. Tables are set far apart on the patio so you feel like you have some space. Highly recommended! Karim was our waiter and did a nice job.

The Red Fish Grill was recommended to us by a friend. We arrived at about 8:30pm, and were seated in the outside terrace area after about 5 minutes wait. The setting was very pleasant - a small lagoon surrounded by a small sandy beach. The small lights wrapping the palm tree trunks provided a festive air. The food was reasonable... More

We enjoyed a night out here for Miami Spice. Great menu, great deal. My wife and I both enjoyed our meal and our experience here. It was a rainy night, but our table and view were very nice. We are looking forward to going back soon.

My wife chose the Red Fish Grill for my 55th birthday dinner while we were vacationing in Doral, Florida near Miami. When we pulled up we could see beautiful views of Miami and South Beach. Inside the restaurant was set up for a romantic couples dinner. We sat by the window with views of the beach/lagoon. Table lights brightened as... More

We ate at Red Fish Grill on a Saturday night. Our reservation was at 7:00 pm. Our party of 8 arrived at 6:50pm, we were happily greated and our table was ready and waiting for us. Our group had bottles of red and white wine. (No bar service, only wine & beer.) We had salads, crabcakes, ceviche, and fried calamari... More

I was worried about this choice for a couple of reasons. One, the heat- it's July in South Florida and the rain was moving in which means humidity. And, two, the reviews for this spot were full of complaints about the service. So, the inside seating is air- conditioned which provides an alternative to the steamy Florida summers, but we... More

This is mainly a seafood restaurant; everything on the menu that we tried was absolutely amazing. Try the Seabass you will not be let down. As an appetizer we had the Ceviche which was fresh and perfectly executed. We ended the dinner with a slice of Key Lime pie that was also very on point. I would recommend this restaurant... More

Description
Remember when Matt Dillon was eavesdropping on Cameron Diaz in the movie "There's Something About Mary"? They were at Red Fish Grill. And what a location! Whether dining outside under the Palms at the edge of Biscayne Bay or in the historic coral stone dining room, this restaurant is like nowhere else. It's a slice of Florida that disappeared long ago in most parts of Miami. But it's a lot more than atmosphere that brings in the locals and notables. The menu is dedicated to fresh local seafood, cooked with a gourmet twist, sometimes Caribbean... sometimes Asian. Best bets: Fennel Seared Yellowfin Tuna on Crispy Wonton, Crab Cakes with Tropical Melon Slaw, Red Snapper with Shaved Red Onion Fennel Salad, Herb Crusted Sea Bass with White Bean Ragout, homemade Key Lime Pie and Caramel Flan with Toasted Coconut. And a wine list that's reasonable and varied. Please visit our website for further details.
