Expensive bar, and mediocre and rude service... The bar staff at nights seems that the just don't care about good service.

Beautiful classical bar, all browns and leather. I wanted a drink with rum and the excellent cuban bartender recommended us the mojitos. But it was not an ordinary mojito: he made them with a delicious dark rum from Guatemala and served them with sugar canes and a purple orchid in each glass. We had some warm nuts, but I noticed... The bartenders were top notch with local lore and information. I enjoyed chatting prior to my business appointment.

This is truly a hidden gem! My husband and I were out (something we don't get to do often due to the kids and my mum use to sit for me before she passed away) and looking for something to do. We decided to go down to the bar and was blown away! When we first entered it was a... More

Enjoyed drinks after dinner at the bar. No television. 3 other parties there enjoying drinks. Quiet. The bartender was so-so. Not very engaging. Drink prices were on par to what we were expecting for Biltmore

Stopped in for a round of drinks and an appetizer after a round of golf. 4 beers, 2 Mojitos, chips/salsa and 1 bowl of soup was $90 with tip. Service was friendly but exceedingly slow, especially when there were only 2 other tables occupied in the room.

before or after dinner a nice place for a drink. Drinks are good, ss well as the atmosphere. Cafe to go in the morning is not the best I got for that Price.

We tried finding one of the restaurants, but ended up at the bat because it was inside the hotel. It was pretty good. A hamburger, flatbread, and a drink with tip was like $70 for just ok food. The drink was delicious. Forgot to mention in the hotel review that we did afternoon tea. I would not again. The service... More

Arriving here parched on a Saturday afternoon, we chose comfy seats in this small classy wainscoted bar. The drink list is complete and the bar also offers light dining. But the cocktails are made and crafted by experts and are perfection in each glass. The mango martini with pureed mango was exquisite and perhaps the best in the world as... More

The food tasted as if left over from some two+ days back event, in other words was not fresh at all!. For about $85 for 2 people, we assumed it would include "refills" without question..but no we just got one refill???. It was my fiend's birthday..however the manager ignore it completely.???. Although I would recommend the "experience" at the Biltmore,... More
