Was very please with knowledgeable Servers and great food. (Queso fundido with chorizo was delectable) Flavors taste like authentic Mexican cuisine and loved every bite. Margaritas were delish (passion fruit was my fave)

Many options and delicious food. Lunch specials come with a drink. Portions are good, they offer nachos and guacamole as free appetizer

We arrived late afternoon for our first visit ever to Miami. Being tourists we found the Coral Gables area a tad boring and stumbled on the Talavera completely by chance. From the outside the restaurant looked welcoming and the staff could not have been more helpful. We had the guacamole appetiser and a couple of other small bits and pieces.... More

Excellent food, great value! The appetizer guacamole was incredible. We ordered the flautas and mahi mahi as our entrees. Both were exceptional. The service and wait staff were polite and knew the menu well. Wonderful atmosphere and great decorations. Highly recommended.

We've been going to Talavera for a long time--probably 20-25 times over the years.. Having lived in Mexico can attest that the food is authentic. Sometimes the waiters are even Mexicanos. Everything is well prepared and delicious.

A well managed Mexican restaurant in Miami. We are vegetarians and so our options were limited to 2-3 dishes. The salad was excellent and so was Veg Huarache - made to perfection and we really enjoyed our Sunday lunch here. Service was very good.

I Love this place because it really shows the diversity of Mexican food! It always amazes me when some people think Mexican food is all beans, tacos, and burritos. Their menu is really diverse. The other things is that the quality of the food is Good! They also have some Good seafood dishes, This place is definitely worth a try... More

Mexico.... home of Talavera, the unique fine art pottery from the 16th Century, native of the city of Puebla.

This genuine and refined Mexican spirit of the Talavera art sets the ground for the spirit of our menu. From the "Huarache" grill, a series of delicate dishes served on a corn tortilla base, to a variety of regional specialties from Sonora to Oaxaca, from Michoacan to Puebla, from Jalisco to Yucatan.

Talavera, the art of a genuine and refined taste of Mexico.
