Always great service, but Friday evening got a "Gold Star". Our regular dish of Shrimp Fra Diavlo came out cold, so back to the kitchen it went and another arrived very quickly. Both the manager and our waiter made sure all was well and we...happily finished dinner. Much to our surprise, we received a "take home" portion because the replacement was a little small. We had a wonderful handwritten note in the bag from our waiter and the manager - with just the right touch of "humble". Can't wait to go back and thank them again for making the experience "as good as it gets"!!More

Finally visited this place for brunch on a Saturday. Tasteful menu options and our food was nice and fresh. I truly loved the ambiance and really enjoyed the avocado toast. The only thing I do not recommend is the bottomless mimosas they serve. It’s $14 but...it’s a daily pre-made batch that cannot be modified (which is totally reasonable). The only problem was, After my 1st glass I started to feel my chest burn. I’ve never experienced indigestion or heart burn and it was not a nice feeling. Our server mentioned this briefly when explaining the deal but that has never happened to me before so I did not think it would be an issue. The manager informed me that they use fresh squeezed orange for the mimosas and that could be the reason. Overall, I think we should just stay away from that option and check out their cocktail list. Which the Lychee martini was enjoyable.More

Thank you for reviewing us! We are sorry to hear about your experience with our mimosas. The lychee martini is very popular! We hope you stop in again and try it :)

Tuesday 12/3 had dinner and enjoyed it. Two of us had the Chicken Parm...another the zucchini pasta and another meatballs and linguine. Everyone enjoyed their entrée. Our waitress was great(Denise?)! Happy hour drinks were OK...$1 off price...Would return next time in town.

Ciao is one of my favorite local restaurants and for good reason. The decor, staff, food, drinks and prices are all amazing. The experience starts the moment you walk in when you’re greeted by the trendy urban decor. The restaurant is large and the seating...is not cramped or crowded at all. After you’ve taken in the awesome decor, you can enjoy the even more amazing food. Your experience starts with the bread which is always tasty. Next, is the appetizer...I always order the calamari bc at Ciao it’s def one of my favs. I usually come on Mondays for their Margarita Monday special. $5 margarita pizzas and $5 margarita drinks. They’re both amazing. I’ve also had the chicken parm which is on point too! Thank you to the manager Steven who is always extremely kind to us when we visit. It’s nice to be recognized and acknowledged as a regular. We will continue to come here over and over and over and....you get the point. You should come too!More

My wife and I came here last week, after a few years of walking past, based on our last experience. The service here still sucks. The food is still mediocre. Avoid this place and go somewhere else. It’s really not worth the price, the aggrevation...or the energy. ... so disappointing.More

We made reservations since it was a Saturday night but they weren't necessary. We were seated right away and the place had a fun vibe. Our server, Enrique M, was average at best. He was friendly but not very helpful or attentive. We started with...the happy hour (amazing by the way!!) brussel sprouts (too much cheese) and very reasonable wine. My husband got the chicken fettucini alfredo ($20) which was very delicious! I got the grilled bronzino which was not overly flavorable but very fresh. I loved the brussel sprouts but I didn't eat anything else on my plate because I don't like rice or peppers. I think this is a good place to eat for the price but I would definitely pick a different entree next time. Also, I told them this was our anniversary but it wasn't even acknowledged.More

My husband frequents Ciao for business lunches, so we decided to try it for dinner. Menu is full of accommodating choices (GF, Veg, Low Cal), and a good variety of Italian dishes. Grilled bronzino was excellent, as was the Chicken Caprese. Picky teenagers were happy...with spaghetti &meatballs and lamb chops. Everything was cooked perfectly, and delicious! Service was great. We’ll definitely return!More
