On a recent Sunday evening, our family of three different households ordered takeout from Long Doggers. We have all dined here many times preciously but this was our first time ordering takeout. The popular meal on the menu for us was the Italian Sausage. It comes with Peppers and Onions on a hoagie roll. I was the only one who ordered it as platter. The platter adds a big order of Waffle Fries, a Pickle and a wedge of Orange to the meal. We all ordered the 11 cents Cole Slaw. On the phone I was told my order would be ready in 5-10 minutes. It would take more than that to drive and park at the restaurant so we all left right away after placing our phone orders. We found parking available right alongside the restaurant. Our orders were ready when we arrived. We were directed to the bar for pickup. I understand Curbside pickup is also available. We felt very safe going into the bar area. The wait staff was all wearing masks. Staff was helpful and friendly. We were all in and out in less than 5 minutes. Our orders were all correct. There was no charge for using our credit cards. Thank you Long Doggers for that! Many local eateries now add a charge for using a credit card. Prices were more than fair. I noticed that the restaurant was not too busy at 5:15 pm. Customers were mostly dining in the outside covered area. There were a few occupied inside tables. My entrée was still hot when I got home. It was quite filling and delicious. The Sausage was perfectly grilled, there were plenty of Peppers and Onions and the hoagie roll was not soggy and was a generous size. The Cole Slaw was a bargain at 11 cents and was not swimming in mayo - quite the contrary. It was fresh and very tasty with hardly any mayo. Next time we hope to return for the ribs.

Long Doggers is my favorite restaurant to visit in Cocoa Beach, and I'm excited to be heading back there in a couple of weeks. They have a fantastic staff that always makes you feel welcome, and a great menu with many of my favorites -- wings, fried fish, FANTASTIC fries, and great dogs. Thursday rib days are also great. The atmosphere is clean and well maintained. They do a wonderful job of keeping things relaxed and welcoming, as a beach town restaurant should be, but not so relaxed that you're concerned about what's coming out of the kitchen. This place is the best in Cocoa. Hopefully see you again four or five times between 6/12 and 6/21!

We’ve enjoyed Long Dogger’s Satellite Beach location for years and were happy to check out this newer one in Cocoa Beach. It’s bigger, the food very good, the service was excellent and ample outdoor seating was comfortable and felt safe in this Covid era. It will remain on our must-have list for Cocoa Beach!

Couldn't have been happier. Up to this point had been mostly disappointed in the restaurants. Finally hit GOLD in Long Doggers. A little bit of a wait but the service is fast so we didn't wait too long. Enjoyed live music both while waiting and while eating. $5 margaritas, pretzel bites with beer cheese dip to start, I had shrimp tacos and my son had tuna poke bowl. Prices are very reasonable and we left very satisfied.

My wife and I have been to Long Doggers in Cocoa and the one south below Patrick AFB over the years and have always been happy that we went. This last visit however will more than likely be the last. The server, Destini, was great. She was very attentive and personable but the food was a disappointment. My wife ordered a small shrimp basket and a side of onion rings and I ordered a small fish basket. The shrimp basket had five of the smallest shrimp I've ever seen and my piece of fish didn't even stretch across the short width of the basket. The shrimp and fish were overcooked. My wife said the shrimp was chewy. My fish was tasteless once I broke through the breading. We don't get mad and complain we just don't go back and we will stop telling friends what a great place it used to be.

Just left after having a great lunch. The service was great, the Restaurant was clean and we felt the prices were good . The hamburger I had was cooked just right and the onion rings reminded me of the ones at Fuddruckers, which is hard to beat. If your visiting the area, just try it !! The menu had a lot more items to choose from, there is something on it for everyone. This was entered by a Old Guy, who loves eating out with family and friends !

Great service, friendly staff, and the food was great. Portions were a good size, although appetizers could add a few pieces, specifically Mozzarella Sticks. They come with 6, but that leaves a party of 4 short, I suggest changing that to 8. They have seating indoors and out. Properly spaced for social distancing, except when there's a wait. It was pouring down rain, so that isn't their fault, everyone was just trying to stay inside and dry while waiting for the tables.

Stopped here after reading the reviews. We had a burger and wings both with fries. The wings were good. I got the hot flavor and was warned upon ordering that they were pretty hot. They did not disappoint, they were quite hot but had good flavor. The burger was also good. Fries were a little disappointing but all in all it was a good meal.

seated quickly, drink orders taken, drinks came, ordering food and i wanted a med rare burger but the waitress told me they couldn't do it, had to be medium to med well, I really don't like my burgers nothing less then med rare but I gave them the benefit and ordered it. i had the Hawaiian burger, well it was ok but the edges were over cooked, the pineapple looked shredded, I thought maybe it would be a slice but wasn't. the waffle fries were good but there weren't many of them, the waitress zoomed by us several times but never stopped to top off our drinks unless she came to the table, they seemed way to busy to worry about our table, kind of felt ignored. my friend ordered his food and they forgot his fries, but she dropped the food off so fast that he didn't get a chance to tell her., had to actually get her attention when she was taking care of another table. It seemed like the waitresses were rushed and maybe the place was understaffed and just rushing to get everything taken care of but really felt out of place sitting there. sorry but I wont be back.

I chose Longdoggers in Cocoa Beach as we'd planned a family day at Kennedy Space Center and wanted to eat before heading back towards Orlando. Both of my daughters are Coeliac and after much research, Longdoggers looked the best option on the coast and we weren't disappointed. Great GF, (gluten friendly), menu meant we could all eat a decent meal together without concerns. Great service, we sat inside but there is plenty of outside seating as well. Reasonable prices and the portion sizes are what you'd expect, not too big that you couldn't finish it, and not too small that you come away hungry. Loads of parking and additional across the street, was busy, (Monday around 6.30pm), but that's a good sign of a decent restaurant. Well recommended, we had Kahuna burger, GF long dog and GF pulled pork on rice.

I went based on reviews and everything we ordered was either overcooked or lacking in flavor. The wings were the worst I’d ever had. So. Dry. I found the place very overrated overall. If you’re looking for a lively atmosphere, it has that. Just don’t go there for great food.

We ate dinner at Long doggers one evening on their outside patio. Hubby had wings, I had the banzai shrimp with rice, black beans, & fried plantains. One of the most delicious shrimp meals ever. So flavorful, the fried plantains were so good with the shrimp. Reasonable prices.

I love hotdogs so I was looking forward to a great one here. I’m struggling to find something good to say about it. I had the Epic Dog and not only was the hot dog dried out so bad you could barely cut it with a knife, the chili was flavorless as well. I did send it back and the 2nd one wasn’t much better. You would think that a place that is known for a hot dog would have a terrific product. Not the case here. The margarita was bad as well. On a positive note, the onion rings were great and so were the waffle fries. Just don’t get a hotdog

We went after a day at Cocoa Beach. We sat outside and there was good airflow on the patio so it was very comfortable. We ordered pretzels and mozzarella sticks as appetizers and they were delivered quickly and were as expected. I ordered the Buffalo wrap which was very good and sweet potato fries. My daughter ordered the burger and Mac and cheese which she said was okay. The other guest in our party ordered some kind of fancy hot dog. They said it was great. Overall good place to go after a day at the beach.

I’m reading lots of great recent reviews for Long Dogger’s but our experience in early March was not very good. Restaurant seemed understaffed or not well managed the night we were there. We were told there would be a 20 minute wait, which seemed reasonable with what appeared to only be 2 couples ahead of our group of 4. Then we realized there were also people waiting in the other side of the building. Our wait time was at least double what we were told. Our waitress was apologetic but she also disappeared after bringing drinks and before taking our order. She said she had been busy in the kitchen and apologized again. We asked if one of the many TVs could be changed so we could watch a basketball game we wanted to see, but nobody was able to figure out what channel number ESPN2 was or if they could get it. When the food finally arrived, it was good but the shrimp and fish baskets that my parents got didn’t seem to have much shrimp or fish. My husband and I got the peel & eat shrimp which was the Sunday special. It was very good. Overall not a very impressive visit though.
