Good location, easy just a bit off the main drive. Menu had more option than you might think, everything looked good and was very pleased. Nice to eat outside, covered so even on hot day it worked out. Would go again for sure.

Ate at this restaurant based on the recommendation of locals. Took advantage of the nice weather and sat outside. Service was quick and attentive. Enjoyed the high life dog (hotdog topped with chili, onions and cheese) with fries and fruit.

WE LOVED Long Doggers. THIS ONE IS TO THE OWNER: We would on average drop $60-$150 a trip there and leave good tips - because it was a great atmosphere with good service. I often took the family, business partners, and our guests. I even...highly recommend it to all the guests of our 2 Cocoa Beach Airbnb locations. And then today Amber happened...which ruined everything. I don't want to go back for fear I'll have the unfortunate luck to have her as my waitress. This is what went down... Today's happy hour was $5 boneless wings, one of our favorites but to be honest we love everything there. I had been out with my daughter running errands all day and we were getting hungry. As we drove by on the way home we saw the sign that reminded us that it was Monday - Wing Day! Yeah! We had already been really enjoying our day so we thought "let's go to our favorite place to eat!" But... we did have some groceries in the car AND my brother was back at the house exhausted as he had just flown in from Amsterdam ... so we thought we would just order them to go. We talked to Sierra, who said we could order at the bar. When we got to the bar - we were greeted by Amber. We asked Amber if we could order to go and she said NO. Apparently, that was the "new" policy. Jokingly I said to Amber, ok we will eat here and if we can't finish them we will just take them home. We then went back to Sierra’s section and ordered 2 Hot, 2 garlic, 3 of the Key lime pepper wings, water, and a sweet tea. We really just wanted to eat them at home - but decided to eat there and I texted my brother who passed on coming up to meet us as he was too tired. We would have gladly paid the FULL price to bring extra home - and so I was considering just that - but he said he would eat something in the fridge. We sat at the table mowing down delicious wings - I hadn't ordered the Hot wings before and I wasn't truly enjoying them. We asked Sierra if we could get 2 more of the garlic ones (I was still expecting to pay for the Hot) as my daughter had focused on those and I would like some too. Sierra was super nice and offered to replace the hot wings or let me try some hotter sauce - I opted for the hotter sauce. Then she asked if I wanted a refill on my tea - yes please and thank you! Before she could return with our tea and the hot sauce - Amber (now known throughout the land as the Keeper of the Wings) appeared at our table. Amber's words and body language were 100% as though we were ripping her off - she was upset. She stated, that before she would "allow" Sierra to place our order she would have to "warn" us that she could only allow us two small boxes in the end - so if we couldn't fit any wings we couldn't consume into the two small boxes we couldn't take the food with us. I really didn't know what to say. She was serious. We were sitting there eating as requested & we were planning to pay. We were not doing anything wrong. We were eating at our table for more than 40 minutes and had eaten nearly all the food (except the hot ones that I really didn't like that much - but planned to pay for). We just wanted more of the garlic ones. I get it - I thought about what I had said earlier - but for goodness sake, we had been there eating and drinking! Now under the watchful eye of the wing police - I started to get upset and lose my appetite. I work in customer service - if there was an issue with others taking advantage of their happy hour - they shouldn't take it out on us. There were dozens of ways that Amber could approach this but this was the path she chose. I said, okay, and off she went. All this over a few frozen chicken bites in some sauce - wow! Sierra came by after Amber left and brought us the refill and the hot sauce. I felt bad for her having that much negativity focused at her table. After a LONG while, Amber delivered our wings. My daughter - who is very polite thanked her and to say Amber was gruff was an understatement. Okay - enough is enough. When we saw Sierra again, we told her that we were unhappy with Amber - not her - and that Amber's tone was inappropriate. Sierra was very nice - didn't say anything bad about Amber - listened and continued to give us excellent service. This just blew me away - Everyone there is pretty relaxed normally - they even allow dogs in that are not service animals...when they have signs posted saying expressly NO PETS. OH - Just to be clear - I checked the Happy Hour menu. NOTHING about limitations whatsoever. When Sierra checked in on us later, we had eaten most of the wings (not all) except the hot (which I explained earlier - note that I did not ask for more in replacement when I ordered more of the garlic) and I humbly asked, with a well-mannered tone, for the two tiny boxes we were to be allotted to take our leftover morsels home. Sierra asked since I had just about 1/2 of my sweet tea left if I would like a to-go cup for it or another sweet tea to go as well (customary). I teased her that I didn't want to upset Amber - and if she was sure it would be okay. She laughed and said she'd gladly get me a to-go cup. So who should appear at our table before Sierra could return WITH a large man standing arms crossed behind her glaring at us (WTF - was this their bouncer - over a couple of wings?)? Yes indeed, Amber the Wing Police and her sidekick Baby Huey! She handed us each a box and proclaimed ... "I will give these to you as I promised I would, but we will not be doing this again." As she stood at the end of our table firmly rooted in place - as if she were the cafeteria lady and she just caught us throwing food. I was not rude but I did say that it would be helpful if it were written on their menu - maybe add a little sticker. She interrupted, very sternly, and said she didn't want to argue with me. Okay - now that's enough. I told her she was being rude (I wasn't arguing) and she crossed her arms and said, I am not! Obviously she was lacking in customer service tactics so I decided to back off and told her not to worry - this won't be a problem with us ever again - to which she smugly thanked me, turned about, and started to leave with her bouncer. I SHOULD have let it go - but I'm thinking - WTF, I'm not doing anything wrong and what the heck was she doing with this thug in tow? So, I said, Hey, is that your backup? Did you bring that large man over because you needed backup? She darted back aggressively to our table and said that he was the manager - and would I like to talk to him? Seriously? For all the good in the world that would have done. I watched other customers and waitresses sympathizing with us. We didn't do anything to deserve any of this. We packed up (oh yeah it all easily fit into the two little boxes that she gave us) and went home. If you look up my reviews I try really hard to ignore the bad and focus on good service. In customer service I know I am only as good as my last screw-up. I can do 100 things right - but it's the one thing I do wrong my customer will remember and write a review on. I hate that I had to write this today - but Amber made a mess. If Amber is running the show there - perhaps you should just observe the way she treats the other wait staff and chooses to interact with customers more closely. Perhaps your manager should have stepped in and said ANYTHING to de-escalate this event. We are not the enemy. We were loyal Longdogger fans. We were not trying to scam you. We asked if we could take them to go, we stayed and ate. We were treated awful. I imagine your 70 frozen wings cost you about $15, then the sauce, your overhead of staff, and the brick - on the high side maybe $30? Our bill was $52.89 + $3.70 in tax. We left $10.58 for Sierra which brought our total to $67.17. Not a huge bill - but seriously - to be treated with such antipathy over a few wings was out of line.More

My family and I visited Long Doggers after we visited the Kennedy Space Center. They are open Sunday-Thursday 10:30am-9pm and Friday-Saturday 10:30am-10 pm. There is plenty of free on-site parking. Everyone was nice and pleased to help with anything. The food was great. We didn't...have to wait to be seated.More

I chose Longdoggers in Cocoa Beach as we'd planned a family day at Kennedy Space Center and wanted to eat before heading back towards Orlando. Both of my daughters are Coeliac and after much research, Longdoggers looked the best option on the coast and we...weren't disappointed. Great GF, (gluten friendly), menu meant we could all eat a decent meal together without concerns. Great service, we sat inside but there is plenty of outside seating as well. Reasonable prices and the portion sizes are what you'd expect, not too big that you couldn't finish it, and not too small that you come away hungry. Loads of parking and additional across the street, was busy, (Monday around 6.30pm), but that's a good sign of a decent restaurant. Well recommended, we had Kahuna burger, GF long dog and GF pulled pork on rice.More
