Great flavors! I had the "bad ass" fish stew special. My wife, who has shellfish allergies, got the snapper, which was excellent, as well. The chef came to our table to ensure my wife could be accommodated. Excellent service to match the food.

Chef was hysterical, definitely a little bit of a goofball. But dang he can make some yummy food. The menu was fun and unique, not your typical American fare. They have specials posted on their Instagram that make your mouth water. We got a filet...mignon meatloaf that was filled with chorizo, and a short rib flat bread that was killer and big enough for two. There’s no doubt that we will be returning.More

Chef Jason is brilliant! I got the braised short ribs omelet which was amazing. It comes with potatoes & a small home made vinaigrette salad. The unlimited mimosas are an additional perk. My husband got a lobster & caviar frittata which was absolutely delicious. The...ambiance is romantic & urban. A+More

NEVER, have I EVER had such a rude and unnecessary experience!! We left immediately after our interaction with the chef. He YELLED at us 3 times!! We only were able to hear the third repeat of it when he screamed it and then marched off...like a spoiled child, throwing a tantrum. The restaurant itself was pretty and honestly we were impressed with our appetizer. We were excited for the rest of our food and to enjoy our bottle of wine. We enjoy fine dining and always love finding new places when traveling. Unfortunately, that was as far as it went. The music was beyond loud in this place...I am use to Vegas restaurants like STK that are meant to be loud. This was unbearable and my boyfriend sitting right next to me couldn’t even hear me!! We had to repeat our order multiple times to the waitress. Finally after noticing EVERY PERSON in the restaurant was screaming at each other and miserable, we asked the waitress if we could turn it down just a notch or two. She said “the chef won’t be happy, but let me try to do it slowly”. With two little clicks you could see the entire restaurant relax and not feel like they had to scream at each other. Still loud, but the volume what a STK or Beauty and Essex usually are. The table next to us said “thank god you said something we were ready to leave!”. We had a few minutes to enjoy before you see the chef storm out of the kitchen and crank it up even louder!! He stomped half way towards us and started YELLING at us!!! The first two times we legitimately didn’t hear or understand him because at this point it was too loud. Finally he got close enough and repeated it. “You wanted it quieter? Too f-ing bad!!!”. Then stormed back into the kitchen. We immediately asked for our check. I have never experienced such rudeness. I have dealt with many of the top chef’s in the country and also friends with quite a few who could get away with an attitude but wouldn’t. Actually, even know a few of the actual Chef’s he has cooked under!! I hope he gets his attitude under control, before he tanks a place that has the ability to be a great restaurant! Until then I recommend avoiding the place!!More

First time to Flavour Kitchen! Enjoyable Decor & Atmosphere but the music was just way too loud. Sometimes the service personnel forget that the music is for atmosphere not to prepare customers for a rock concert. The food was very good and the service was...also very good. I would have given 5 Stars if not for the music. One item of note: If you are ordering wine make sure you do so by the bottle. The pours by the glass seem a little skimpy for the prices being charged. Their prices for bottles of wine is in line with other restaurants in the area. I always give restaurants two visits. If nothing else the Truffled French Fries with Blue Cheese with a bottle of Chardonnay and a pair of ear plugs might be the ticket.More

Flavour Kitchen is a cozy, good-vibes spot in downtown Cocoa Beach. The Scallop Paella and Beet Salad we brought home were delicious and had a beautiful presentation. Can't wait to dig into the Dark Chocolate Mousse later on. Kudos to the chef!

Came here to Flavour Kitchen as an recommendation from Facebook friends for my birthday dinner. After researching many reviews and the menu my boyfriend and I decided to give it a try. We arrived a bit early but the girl was very nice of getting...us drinks while we waited. The place is small but well decorated. I noticed it was smokey when we walked in, I dont know if the chef burned something earlier and was airing out or that's just part of the atmosphere of the restaurant either way it was concering to me as I am on blood thinners and second hand smoke does not mix well. But the smoke cleared up while we were eating dinner. Service was good out waitress was very attentive and gave great recommendations and explained our apps perfectly to us. We ordered the cheese board pick 6 and everything on that board was delicious! We also ordered the smoked salmon nachos which were pretty good as well. Our entrees were just ok but we weren't blown away by anything. He ordered the NY strip that came with the truffle blue cheese fries and greens. He liked most of it but didn't enjoy the silver skin that the chef had left on there. I ordered the boneless pan-seared chicken with mashed potato's and an order of the fries. My chicken was not boneless the sauce came with was not a sauce but more like a runny soup and didn't really help the chicken. I still felt like the chicken was missing something to dip in. As for the fries they were cooked well but way to much truffle oil and need to be put back in the oven so the blue cheese can melt a little on the fries, every time I went to get one all of the blue cheese fell off. Reading most of the reviews stating that the chef comes over to the table and talks or checks up on you about your meal that did not happen us after I watched him go to every table but ours and it was even all that busy. Would come here for apps and drinks but not dinner again.More

This badass knows how to cook! Chef Jason delivers with a smile and a touch of sass. The ‘flavours’ are as big as Chef’s personality. This place is on my steady rotation, no matter the occasion.

We had tickets to see SpaceX's CRS-20 launch, but that was not scheduled until 11:50 pm. We thought we better get something to eat prior to heading out to the Kennedy Space Center. We originally were going to try a different place, but there was...no seating available. We thought we'd keep looking and fortunately they had a table for two available. We were in luck. We did not want a big meal and fortunately this restaurant features small plates. We each ordered two small plates. I started with the caprese stack and followed that with the black salmon special. Both were very good. My wife had the beet salad and tri-color Mac and cheese. Very filling! We came away seated and ready for the launch. Service was really good.More
