Depends on the day & time. Cocoa is a busy little town, street parking is limited when things are in full swing, but you can usually find a spot over by the park & walk off some of those calories.

Looks to be. We were there in December when no one was outside but I don’t see a reason they wouldn’t allow dogs unless it’s a city ordinance
