The place was packed but very well-run. We had reservations for after church on Easter Sunday & better believe we needed them, lol. Hubby had prime rib w/veggies & mashed, I had lobster Cobb salad, very big. The bread that came first had the best...dip, balsamic vinagrette & herbs. Dessert was this salted caramel cheesecake that even sharing it we barely finished it, it was so rich & sweet & delish. This was a return visit from a year ago. This restaurant offers a reduced menu and reduced prices from 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm. so we availed ourselves of this menu. The restaurant was very crowded and we were seated at a table in the...front entryway but it was still worth it. Filet mignonette was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The salmon steak was excellent. Our food was very good. Which is why this rating is a 2. I have never felt pushed out of a restaurant in my life. Our waiter Joe was almost pulling our chairs out from under us. Each time we finished a drink, dessert, whatever...he would swoop In and clear. Other staff was standing in the back staring at us. When we got up to leave one actually clapped. Apparently our table was needed to seat a group holiday party that was waiting. We wanted to visit over dinner and were not aware of the time limit on our table. The staff behavior said it all. . Seated right away with reservations. Nice upscale ambiance. Wide variety of food selections. The Chicken Bellaire and Salmon was wonderful! Our server was very sweet and attentive (I forgot her name). I highly recommend E&E for lunch and dinner!!
