Our story…. Nature's Food Patch was founded in 1987 by Mr. Amort after being diagnosed with cancer. He decided to fight the cancer by living a macrobiotic lifestyle. With his desire and passion in wanting to help others improve their health, he decided to buy and refurbish the Clearwater Community Co-op (est. 1976)… and The Patch was born! For 35 years, his enthusiastic support for the natural foods movement lives on. His children preserve his legacy by continuing to inspire the community through knowledge and providing better nutrition for a healthier lifestyle. In 2018, The Patch is expanding their community and opening a second location in Downtown Dunedin! "The quality Mother Nature intended for your good health" - Mr. Amort

It’s a grocery store, organic, etc, supplements, vitamins etc. and a very good buffet. Salads or hot. The best one is the salad with quite a variety with some unusual items. Pay by weight and take it home or there is a little area that including outside section to enjoy. There are a number of premade bean/lentil salads away from the salad bar which you can add to your meal. Just for this, place is a repeater…

Staying in Clearwater for business allows for many restaurant meals. We elected to take a short walk to this lovely market for fresh food and ingredients for cooking. Produce was fresh and well maintained with a wide variety available. Most products are organic and were well labeled. This is a full service market complete with meat/non-meat counter, deli, salad bar, and hot bar. A cafe featuring organic and local foods is adjacent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Prices are comparable to Whole Foods but focus is local. A good alternative to dining out should you accommodation allow you to cook.

Always a great experience at this little market...if you care about your foods being organic, or have special dietary needs, this is your "go to place."
We have to travel 7 or 8 miles to shop there...and we drive past at least 2 or 3 Publix / Large box or grocery stores, but we'll worth the drive. Also a great place for a healthy lunch with salads, pasta, pizza's, and vegetarian / vegan options, as well as organic meats, poultry, and seafood.
Knowledgable staff for vitamins and supplements.
Great little market !!!

Alyssa needs customer service training… she doesn’t fill the customer request when making a coffee beverage… and she has a truly unprofessional approach to customer requests… the coffee bar/smoothie juice bar is not staffed properly… which is why your numbers are down in that department…. While standing in line, I saw 2 people leave the line as the wait was long… A coffee bar should be a most pleasant experience… when people step out for coffee this is a happy social experience… the energy that goes into creating/making what we consume is also important for good health… this was all missing this Friday morning…

Hey there, sorry we missed this review from January. More importantly, we are sorry that you did not have a pleasant experience at our coffee bar! Admittedly we had some issues with staffing but we are staffed much better now. We absolutely agree about the happy social experience and positive energy for good health. We now have many ways that one can order: in person, via phone, online, and two kiosks in-store, which should all help with the long lines. We invite you back to give us another try. We get many reviews that rave about our food AND customer service, so we are confident that you that you will get that happy & healthy experience and change your review to 5 stars! This is not my kind of shopping experience but very nice, large assortment. It has Skincare, Beauty Products, Aromatherapy, Cosmetics, produce, groceries. It is natural and organic products.

I love the veggie burrito on a gluten free wrap. The deli folks are always nice and you can call ahead to order. Overall I love patch for shopping. Getting to eat there too is a plus.

This place has a juice bar. I went in for a shot of wheat grass (if they are busy you might have to wait. They have organic produce, lots of different kombucha's, vitamins, prepared foods and outdoor seating. They have a big store in Clearwater Beach. I had a wonderful sample of the "Kara Lynn" paleo bread $15. I took some home (keep refrigerated) want to get more.

Love this store, ,Coffee is fantastic, so is there salad bar. Can be pricey but worth it . Love that there is lots to choose from. Always sales on something you may need. Great staff and nice place to sit eat and wifi as well.

Beautiful produce, great meats and seafood, nice variety of health food store options together with great grab and go lunch and dinner items. Eg Love popping in to get meat for lamburgers, adding a great premade salad, sides and a freshly made juice for the ride home. Bonus: Staff is welcoming and extremely helpful.

Funky, fun, like The Ganary used to be. Interesting items of the health kind genre and the deli is divine. Has everything a health conscious foodie is looking for and is distinctively it’s own kind of health food store/supermarket. Wish I lived nearer.

I eat at Nature's Food Patch at least once a week. They are a natural foods grocery store with an incredible buffet of home cooked meals, soups, pizza and a ginormous salad bar. Everything is delicious and the the bars are well kept and tidy.
It's pretty evident that I love it there when I check their twitter page every day at 11 for the specials.
They have a nice inside and outside area to eat or you can take it to go.
In fact, I think I will go there now to get some quiche!
You will always find something you like.

Every time I visit this place, there's more to like. Organic and non-organic produce, bulk items, wine, dairy, and more. The store is always clean and well stocked. Great meat and deli departments too. Not a good place to hunt for bargains, they value quality over price.

We also have our Wellness Days at both locations (the third Tuesday & following Wednesday of each month) in which we offer 20% off wellness & body care items that aren't already on sale. My family likes to come here every now and then to pick up some specific items, pick up smoothies, or a some coffees. The store is always clean and the staff friendly. Never had any issue with coming here (over 6 years). Never had an issue, and we are able to find items we can't find elsewhere here.

Even though it isn't the closest, this is my favorite Health Food Store. It has the best variety of fruits and vegetables, many bulk seeds, nuts, etc. They have canned goods, bottled water, fresh meats, cheeses, eggs, bread, bakery, and more. Very popular place, so try it out. They also have a hot bar, salad bar, etc.
