Great local establishment with massive sized breakfast offerings. A downtown Clearwater institution. Old school feel with genuine people behind the counter.

My wife and I stopped here on the way to the airport after a long weekend at the beach. What a great decision! This place is as big as a tin can, with less than 10 tables and a few counter stools. They serve all the regular comfort breakfast favorites, in fairly large portions. We tried the pancakes and French... More

The prices are very reasonable plus you receive nice portion sizes. I have only been here for breakfast. Everyday they have great specials. Its a small restaurant inside but the service is very fast. You receive your food in no time i have never waited along time for food here. Kudos keep doing whatever you are doing.

My husband and I drove 45 minutes to get to the Tin Can. We arrived at 12:40p.m. (there was no Closed sign on the door), as we were about to enter the restaurant (door was open) we were not allowed in. A very rude older woman placed the "closed" sign on the door in front of our faces. Restaurant was... More

Another must on my travels to Clearwater Beach. Love their patty melt and eggs w/ skirt steak both delish. It's a small place but low budget and worth the wait for a table.

There is usually a wait to get in this place, so the four of us were very excited to finally have an opportunity to eat here. Parking is plentiful. As the name suggests, the place is small, really small. There is a positive energy inside and most diners seem happy to be here. The place was dirty, sticky and unappetizing.... More

Stopped here with my wife after reading so many positive reviews, and we were not disappointed! We shared a skillet ($2 extra if you want to share a breakfast) that was plenty for both of us. Looking around at the other tables, portions appear to be very generous here! Decent coffee, which never ran out due to the outstanding service!... More

We found this by searching Trip Advisor and were so very glad we did. It was a bit of a drive from our Sand Key hotel but well worth the effort. Breakfast was quick, great portion sizes, and done in the diner style we like. The service was outstanding and the severs were extremely friendly. It is small with room... More

The place has a very simple and unpretentious style. The food is really good and fresh- you can hear the cooks cracking eggs and beating them for the omelets. We had a spinach/feta and a mushroom omelettes, and pancakes. There was a generous serving of feta and mushrooms, and the pancakes were fluffy and done just right. The service was... More

Undistinguished cinder block building housing very distinguished breakfast menu. Try the 7 oz. Angus steak and 3 eggs for $4.79. Then try the fantastic pork chops and eggs. This is definitely a locals joint, but it welcoms newcomers.
