We stopped to eat here before we took our second Shurr Adventure kayaking through the 10,000 Islands. Very popular place, but we arrived before the lunch crowd and were served quickly and the food was quite good.

I've traveled to Paris, London, San Franciso, NYC, Miami...and this is the restaurant that I would return to. Havana Café offers a tremendously delicious meal, great service and a lovely atmosphere. Truly a gem in the Everglades! Hats off to Chef Carlos and his team!

Had dinner here as we usually do when in town 2x yr. John, our server was fun, friendly and excellent! I had the stone crab in red enchilada sauce. It was generously portioned and had shrimp and mussels as well. It came with plantains and black bean soup which was just ok. My husband had pulled pork and said it... More

The person at the Everglades City Airboat Tour recommended this place when I asked for something "authentically Floridian." We were NOT disappointed! The porch area is so adorable and you feel like you're in a small jungle. The staff also helped us with the menu. My husband got a cuban sandwich, which he really liked, and I got Shrimp Tostones,... We enjoyed our Sunday lunch. I had the Cuban sandwich which was excellent! Others had shrimp and the fresh snapper. My daughter loved her vegetarian sandwich. Defiantly worth the short drive from Marco.

The captain on my swamp tour recommended the place and I'm so glad he did! It's a little out of the way, but the food is fresh and the patio is the kind of tropical paradise you want when dining in the Everglades. And, according to the captain, Carlos, the owner of the restaurant has his own fishing business, so... More

We ended up here after going out to explore part of the Everglades. Very cute and quaint restaurant. Gorgeous foliage and flowers around the outdoor tables. Staff was very helpful and made recommendations. I was a bit concerned about what I was going to eat for lunch since a lot of the lunch options included bread, (I cannot eat gluten);... More

Just back from a delicious lunch of stone crab with garlic butter followed by shrimp with peppers & tomatoes, rice and black beans. Worth stopping in if you're in the neighbourhood.
