We have found Robinson's Seafood Restaurant to be a great place to enjoy seafood. We always enjoy their daily all-you-can-eat seafood dinners, great service, and the down-home ambience of this restaurant. The owner, Carl Robinson, is also a liscenced charter captain, offering inshore and offshore fishing charters...should you want to catch your own fish dinner. If you don't care to... More

We bought a pound and a half of Stone Crab claws and took them back to our hotel to eat them latter.. Great people showed me how to crack them properly and even made up a cup of mustard dipping sauce for me.

My husband had sighted Robinson's on our way in to Cedar Key and we are glad we stopped. Their seafood was great. We started with grouper chowder which was quite flavorful. I had the fried grouper and my husband had the seafood platter grilled. All meals are served with coleslaw and baked beans but you have the option of soup... More

It's a busy, crazy place, but the food is delicious and the staff friendly. The only negative was when my DH ordered beans and rice, thinking it was red beans and rice. It is actually lima beans and rice soup, and it didn't agree with him. We will definitely go back again, minus the soup.

We went to Robinson's for the All You Can Eat Seafood. My husband said it was some of the best he had ever had. I don't eat seafood so I had chicken which was also very good. The hushpuppies were great.

Four of had the AYCE fried shrimp, sea bass, & crab cake. Fried shrimp were large, lightly battered & delicious. Sea bass okay. Hush puppies crispy & delicious. Crab cake didn't have any crab taste whatsoever! Red fish chowder way too many potatoes & hardly any taste of the fish! Coleslaw good. Worth going to ONLY for the shrimp. They... More

Food was mostly good. Oysters were not served on half shell & some were just too big. Fried shrimp & hush puppies were very good. Service was awful & will keep us from going back. We were treated poorly from the moment we walked in. They acted like the 2 of us were a burden to find a table for,... More

We are not buffet or all you can eat people and we do not prefer fried food, but Robinson's is different. No buffet here. They just keep bringing more fish and hush puppies until you are full. Yes, the fish is fried, but it is delicious. Shrimp is large, juicy and tender. Sea bass was flaky and sweet. The crab... More

Three of us had the all you can eat shrimp, sea bass and crab . cakes. You can choose 1, 2 or all 3. Wife had the Grouper and said it was good. On the all you can eat items I wish the crab cakes had more crab in them, sea bass was good, best was the fried shrimp. The... More
