We decided to have breakfast here one day by the reviews on Tripadvisor. It's located in a old building that doesn't have Air Conditioning. While this could work in the fall or winter, it creates a sticky situation in July. The food was OK, but every time the waitress walked over not only was she sweating, her sweat actually dripped on... Went to Annie's for breakfast and were very pleased. It's an old building that truly is old Florida. No air conditioning but still comfortable. Portions were huge and very good. Everything was cooked as requested. Wait staff very friendly

Annie's Cafe is a gem; we had breakfast there twice on our brief visit. It consists of rustic wooden structures surrounded by shade trees and garden plants in the ground and in funky pots (made locally). As you approach the red screen door entrance, you see a small wood shed with a stained glass window. A life-sized sculpture of a... More

We had an amazing time at Cedar Key but dining at Annies was the worst experience. Prepare to be hot cause there is no A/C...Staff was not friendly and I feel like unless you're a local you receive poor service. Once the food was dropped off at our table we never had a server come back to refill drinks or... More

Just stopped in for clam chowder, which was delicious. I love it when the server is worried I am not eating enough! She was delightful and took the time to give me information about the area, though they were quite busy.

Stopped in for a quick lunch...ordered hamburgers and french fries, but these were no ordinary burgers! The meat was fresh and everything was right off the grill. Our waitress was friendly and kept our drinks filled!

We have eatten at Annies several times in the past ! The food is always fresh and comes from the local waters as much of the islands food comes from the Sysco truck....... The ladies are always friendly, the locals are always a joy to chat with and the back patio area always offers a great view of the wading... More

Annies Cafe is a small little hide a way joint that has an unexpectedly good grilled chicken sandwich. The restaurant itself isn't impressive with the lack of air conditioning but it is a good spot for lunch.
