I went here to get fresh bread and it was very good. I got sourdough which we like for sandwiches and stuff. But I like that it is homemade limited ingrediant bread that does not have all the preservitives and junk that the store bought...bread has in it. They do have a nice selection of many other breads, cakes, and other things as well.More

Beautiful selection of pastries and breads. Enjoyed a cappuccino and a warm piece of Leberkäs. The roll, however, was a bit disappointing. I would return.

I stopped in here a week before Christmas to purchase some Stollen for the holiday. This establishment changed hands a couple of years ago. It was previously owned by a German family and their pastries were out of this world. Up until that time I...was a frequent customer stopping in at least once a week for breakfast or lunch and always going home with some delectable pastry or bread. The new owners don't even come close to the former in quality or quantity. I have stopped in here a few times hoping that some improvements have been made but unfortunately not. Cape Coral lost a great bakery when the previous owners sold out.More

We made a second order and we...were never delivered .... We were poorly received by phone! This bukery is not really German ... Few products are german ... This the worst German Bukery!More

Went here for lunch. Excellent flavor and good sized portion. Couldn't resist having a delicious pastry to go. Too many to pick from so will have to go back several times!

I stopped here for lunch because it was close to my appointment, not knowing what to expect. What a great surprise! The sandwich I had was awesome. The atmosphere is bright and friendly. The staff was attentive but not overbearing. If you like specialty bakery...items...look no further! They even had some cool bakery art - one in the form of a four foot long alligator made of bread!More

BAM offered a dinner consisting of French onion soup or lyonese salad, beef Wellington or salmon, including a cheese dish, dessert and a glass of wine for $50. The meal and service were outstanding! Very few people took advantage - maybe lack of advertising or...preconceived notion BAM is only open for breakfast, lunch and bakery/deli? A truly hidden gem! Bakery is always “to die for” - the dinner is of the same caliber. If you are a regular at the bakery, ask them when the next dinner is.More

we visited this bakery already when is was run by the founder. then when it was run by the german guy who changed the name into bam. in my eyes the actual owner does the best job. i like the french influence. i´m not sure...if it is possible to bake real european stuff with the ingredients which are available here. but it is very close to that. i love the pain au chocolate best. the only thing i don´t like is that sometimes they mix stuff that was not sold on markets with the stuff in the shop. the it does not taste frech. this should not happen.More
