The location and the view is great. The wait staff is either understaffed, or they are not very good at their job. Both times we have visited the wait times have been long. Also, the food is "hotel" average. Go for a drink, and not...More
I live on the property adjacent to the Westin Hotel, Marker 92 and the Naughty Mermaid. They don’t have any idea of what they are doing, when every restaurant on the Cape is over flowing the Marker remains empty. Just had a drink at the...More
While staying at The Westin we visited several times before dinner cocktails and after the Sunset Dolphin Tour, Captain Harvey & Candy. Right on the waterfront and dock for easy access to charters. We were lucky enough to have a drink before sunset and after...More
We went to the Nauti Mermaid several times during our stay at the Westin Resort. Our servers, Erica and Amy were so delightful. We love sitting on the patio overlooking the Marina. Food was delicious and the frozen margaritas with Grand Manier floaters to die...More

As a high end resort, not to mention a "go to" for those who reside in the Rose Garden area, Marriott may want to entice their loyal/repetitive customers.

Yes, Trip Advisor is essential, but, if you really want to view those enjoying themselves, feedback is unwritten on people's faces!!
Personally, I love The Nauti. It's our backyard "go to". Aside from occupants, the neighborhood is a diamond in the rough!!
Additionally, Michele and Christine, who have served us for YEARS, are exceptional!!
