We got nice view in Loriga and good food here. The grilled octopus is even better than the one I had in Algarve! The mountain style of cod is also worth to try.

Good food quality and quantity. Busy during our visit on a Saturday night. Slow service. Average prices for the area around 40 euros for 2 adults and 1 children

This was an excellent experience at decent cost. Bring your belly empty.. You shouldn't miss this restaurant. We are a Family of 5 with 3 lIttle kids below 10. They enjoyed it and we loved it. Better at lunch time for enjoying the view. Very friendly personnel and good choice of wines

The restaurant was kind of empty, but I guess we were there really early in the evening and after the main season was over. The food was, however, fabulous and I still can't believe I finished the whole thing.

I love Portuguese food and this place was just about the best place I have eaten. Best meal I have had ever!

Our Meat dishes were nice, but the fish was over cooked and very basic. No vegetarian option available except an omelet and starters cheese.

Swiss lamb Me and my partner were at the Vicente in mid-June, for lunch, a Friday. We were doing a tour of Serra da Estrela and decided to visit Loriga, the so called Portugese Switzerland. Looking for a place where to eat, I checked TripAdvisor and opted for the 3rd best restaurant in town. Why? Because, from the reviews, it... More

Welcomed into a warm, relaxed, spacious dining room with beautiful view over the valley of Loriga and a glowing fireplace. Friendly and gracious attention to our requests, but above all, the food... We ordered the roasted lamb with baby potatoes, well presented and it melted in our mouths! Simply divine. The desert was again a surprise. A nice size portion... More

I got to know the place during a walking weekend in the mountains. Great place to stay if you are planning to go through the "garganta de Loriga". The trail ends 20 meters away from Vicente. Great local cuisine. House wine was very good. An unexpected good surprise.
