They looked me up and down a couple times and they sent someone over to say they aren’t taking any more people since they are full with reservations even the place was mostly empty and didn’t ask if...I had a reservation. I guess my money isn’t welcome there.More

This was our first time at this restaurant and we loved it! The food and service were both excellent even tho two large parties were seated right after we entered the restaurant. We are very picky with calamari and this was the best we have...had in a long time. Not only was it tender, but the accompanying sauce was very good also. The salad was very good as were our main meals. We will definitely return to this restaurant.More

If I am going out for Italian food, Allegria is my only consideration. I have eaten there over a dozen times, The kitchen is on point no matter what I order, but the Lasagna is the best I have ever had.

We went for dinner today and really enjoyed our meal the wine and the brusketta. It was an all around wonderful experience.

Overall wouldn't recommend. The food was okay at best. Wasn't terrible but considering the main dishes all start off at at least 20 dollars, definitely not worth the money. Spaghetti that came with the chicken parmesan tasted like it was out of a can. Got...a bruschetta appetizer and the bread was completely soggy, couldn't even hold it up. The chocolate mousse cake was room temperature, which doesn't lend to flavorful eating. For the prices they charge, definitely go elsewhere. Staff was also not very friendly. Came in and nobody greeted me for a minute then someone finally came up to say "What do you want?" Overall bad experience and won't be returning. Go to Olivia in Tampa instead if you want good Italian food for the prices they charge. I have left this review on both Google and Yelp and was attacked on both by the owner. If you click on negative reviews you will see the same trend. Any negativity and he attacks you like a child. Extremely rude and cannot take criticism well at all. Never actually responds to the review of his food, just resorts to attacking the reviewer. Extremely immature and speaks a lot about his character. The food is poor for the price and he can't seem to accept that. Perhaps he should take a good look at himself and how he conducts himself as a business owner. Very disappointing.More

We went for the first time last night, what a wonderful hidden gem. The atmosphere was great, staff very friendly and the food was awesome. Enjoyed a great night with special friends. Will definitely be back.

Wow! We took a very short ride from the Seminole Casino to enjoy one of our best meals out. Made to order authentic dishes with delicate delicious flavors. Mussels were fresh and tender and the Veal Valdostana was incredible! So nice to have live entertainment...on a Wednesday evening. Service was impeccable- thanks Nancy! My friend and I had a lovely meal here! The food was absolutely delicious: the appetizer of mozzarella, tomato and crostini; the salmon and eggplant entrees; the Prosecco and the cappuccino! The atmosphere was good, and my girlfriend and I sat there and chatted, catching...up on each other's lives. We didn't realize the restaurant closed at 8:00, and the staff was gracious and didn't shoo us away! What a great evening of food, drink, and conversation.More

We found the owner several times very nasty to his workers and some customers. He should not be in business We found out that many people have stopped going there because of his attitude unpleasant

My husband grew up around an Italian family in Tampa and pretty much got spoiled with the taste of real authentic Italian food. We visited Allegria a few weeks ago and we both agreed the sauce is way too sweet for our liking. I don’t...know of Italian sauce to be sweet so it was a disappointment for sure! Nice people and our waitress was great but we probably wouldn’t go back unless we knew the sauce recipe changed. Nice and cozy atmosphere though😊More
