This last Saturday Jan 21 a party of 6 friends enjoyed a variety of dishes. The service by Doug was excellent. We will return again soon!
We at the Beach House and found it wonderful to say the least. The staff was fantastic and catered to my MSG food allergy. I had the Hog Fish (first for me) on the recommendation of the waiter and found it outstanding! You must try the bread that is coconut and pineapple! WOW.
Ate there late afternoon yesterday to "beat the crowd". This is one of our favorites every winter when staying on Longboat Key. The sunset was very beautiful and so was the Hogfish special entree. Prepared with a jerk seasoning then pan seared. Laid iver grilled asparagus spears and topped with a buerre bland sauce with crab and a Pico relish combo. Outstanding!

However, since the renovations it will not be a place we return to. Friends and neighbours say the same. It has lost it's... More
