Good food but way too hot in restaurant. Each time we have dined here we ask the server to lower the A/C. It was so hot we were all uncomfortable and could not wait to leave & after asking 3 times to make it cooler...- they finally did. This is a huge turn off if you are too hot to want to stay to finish your meal . They may think they are saving $ to put the AC so high - truth is they are losing $ because everyone around us complained about it being too hot. We won’t return due to the high temperature here. It is a shame because the food and service was good.More

I moved to Florida 3 years ago from New York and have given up on chinese food. But all that changed when I found Great Wok ! My friend said it was the closest to Brooklyn chinese food she ever had and she was right....The food was hot, fresh, prepared exactly as I asked but flavorful and not overloaded with sauces and oil. It's what I call "real chinese food". I only had a few dishes for the first time so that's why I gave it 4 stars but I'm sure everything they prepare is delicious. I'm so glad I found this place.More

I have tried several Chinese restaurants in Boynton beach ad dislike most of them as the food seems tasteless but Great Wok is priced well and has the best Chinese food in Boynton beach that I have found.

The food that i could eat was really good which makes me sad to write a bad review. The customer service was bad. For starters, when I arrived all separate orders had the same name so a wrong card was charged. Then I get the...food back to work and go to take a bite of my sweet and sour SHRIMP to find that it is CHICKEN THAT I DID NOT ORDER AND DO NOT EAT!!! Chicken can make me very sick!!!!!!! I immediately called them and she even told me she KNEW it was supposed to be shrimp not chicken so how did I end up with chicken? She offers to have the shrimp delivered but then finding out my job is ten minutes away she starts to complain that its far!! Lady i just drove from my job to buy food from this restaurant and you're complaining because YOU messed up????! Also, she UPCHARGED FOR GETTING VEGETABLE FRIED RICE OVER PORK. HOW IS NO MEAT AN UPCHARGE??? Ridiculous. Will not be ordering again from here. Hopefully I don't get sick!!!!More

Dim Sum is on the menu EVERYDAY. I go here so often, I get a hug when I come in. They accommodate you any way they can. Be careful of their thick crispy noodles with sweet & sour sauce as you can eat the entire...basket & then take your dinner home. I have not been to any other Chinese restaurant in Palm Beach County that serves these types of noodles. Definitely my go-to Chinese restaurant.More

Great Wok is primarily a Chinese Food take out. There are a few tables, but no servers. I usually get the chicken with broccoli in a brown sauce or moo shu pork, roast pork fried rice, an egg roll and wonton soup. This is all...included in the combination dish price. The food is very good overall. The egg rolls are excellent. My wife has had many different dishes and she is usually pleased with her choice. If you try it once, I am sure you will become a customer.More

so I have been ordering there since Great Wok first opened for Business and Lisa and her family where amazing as well as the food quality, portion sizes, customer service and delivery!...So for the last few months I have noticed alot of changes, the food...quality has gone down, customer service horrible, and the prices have gone up...items missing out of the delivery and then when they bring it...the rest of the order is cold...Both my coworkers and family have all complained also...I kept asking where is Lisa are you new owners...no Lisa on vacation! well I ordered again today....the food was cold and tasted like it was microwaved...the sweet and sour chicken nuggets were hard (mind you they were suppose to be pork) gave us one sauce (same small size) for 2 orders)ummmm 2 different coworkers 2 diffrent locations...oh and the driver asked for a tip..which was placed on the credit card wanted another one...so I called and complained and again asked for Lisa...on vacation still was the answer I got...wow then I got smart and googled...to my surprise (not really) Great WOk was under new ownership wow really using the past owners menu quote---family owned and operated since 2009...never will order from them again...they will be loosing alot of business from both my family and from by business!More

Good choice of eats and you can specify the level of salt, sugar and other spices. Would not recommend eating at the restaurant as they serve on plastic plates and use plastic cutlery

Had lunch today. Shrimp with vegetables; prepared perfectly. Vegetable rolls w/ duck sauce perfectly prepared. Chicken lo-mean perfectly prepared. New owners are very accommodating. Place is very clean. A great local spot

Discovered the previous owners Lisa and husband sold the place to another couple. Let's hope the food and service stays at the high level of previous owners. Our take out order was as good as usual. So far so good. We will continue to patronize...Great Wok as usual. Keep up the fresh food, excellent preparations, and friendly service. Keep prices down. Keep housekeeping and cleanliness at superior levels.More
