Traveling from the Midwest and manager refused to serve alcohol to us even though we all had valid forms of identification (all of us over the age of 30). Really poor customer service and manager clearly doesn’t care about providing service to those traveling. Do...not recommend - really put a damper on the start of our trip.More

Indoor and covered outdoor seating offer serene water views. Started with signature cocktails followed by delicious fare. Great menu options so choosing was a bit difficult! Dessert was a delectable raspberry key lime pie. Great way to celebrate my birthday. Service was fantastic from the...complimentary valet (sorry I didn’t catch their names) to our server, Mike. Short drive north of Naples - you won’t be disappointed!More

We absolutely love Coconut Jack’s!! It is a wonderful waterfront restaurant. The food is fantastic & the setting is beautiful!! Their coconut shrimp is soooo good!! In fact, I’ve never had anything there that wasn’t good!! We go early to avoid the rush!! But even...if you have to wait a bit, it’s worth it.More

Coconut Jacks is a must visit every time we come to FMB. The atmosphere is casual but the food and wine are upper class.

We like Coconut Jacks. The food is good and the loaded Bloody Mary’s are like an appetizer. However, Christmas decorations were up when we went last night and no matter how nice they are, it’s way too early. Just one woman’s opinion.

First, although they said masks were required, we saw many people without masks walking around. We sat near the water and there were a lot of people crowding in around us to see the fish and alligators, without masks. Food was OK, not great or...memorable, Drinks were very weak. Nice setting outside,More

The best thing about our evening here was the waiter. He was very gregarious and entertaining. We had a group of 9 and the people who ordered the coconut shrimp were happy. The ones who ordered the combination plate had overcooked almost rubbery fish. My...husband could not eat his, but tried and then could not send it back because he had eaten too much ( he was trying to see if any of it was edible). The other person ordered the same thing, but also thought it was terrible. Also some of the drinks did not seem as described on the menu. All in all, an expensive place to eat (parking is valet) and money could be spent sooooo many other excellent places. Very disappointing.More

4 of us went for dinner. Covid measures seemed a little spotty and tables were pretty close. There is a small cove, pond off the railing we were sitting at. Unmasked guests were crowding next to us to see an alligator in the water. Ok,...a peek, but it went on for fifteen minutes. Staff said nothing, and folks were directly behind our chairs, allowing kids to throw all kinds of bread and food at the alligator. What a food mess. Our food was just ok. Fried coconut shrimp were a little anemic sized and overdone. Seemed more like bar food. Loud and crowded. Valet parking was a must, really popular place, but not my favorite.More

We were in Bonita Springs for only 5 days but found ourselves here twice. The blackened scallops were some of the best I had ever had and I highly recommend them. They were cooked to perfection. The Coconut Cream Pie is delightful with the Raspberry...Sauce on the side. Location is great too! Easy parking with the free valet service.More

This was our first visit to Coconut Jacks. Because COVID 19 is still prevalent, we only go to a restaurant with outdoor seating and Coconut Jacks has it. The service was great and the food was good, albeit a little pricey. They have, supposedly, the...best coconut shrimp. I love shrimp, and especially coconut shrimp, and although it was very good, it was not the best I’ve ever had. To me, that honor goes to the Quarter Deck Beachside in Myrtle Beach. All in all, I do recommend Coconut Jacks.More

I did not see any dogs present during our dining experience. I would call and inquire directly.
