Grab a beer at the bar, sit on the patio. Enjoy some old Florida charm. The pie is not to be missed. Colorful characters local charm. Love it!!

Very quiet and laid back place, definitely 'old florida' in that only one waitstaff for nine outdoor tables midday on a Saturday afternoon! If you are in no hurry, which is a good way to be out here on Pine Island, then this is a great mellow place. Right across from the town pier

Out for a drive on Pine Island on a Friday, we reached the end of the road in Bokeelia and got out to take a look around the shorefront. We decided to stop in at Capt'n Con's fish house for lunch. There wasn't anything else in the immediate area, so that was it. It's a fish joint, with other stuff... More

We had lunch here. An older place that has probably seen better days but was still a fun visit. The beer was good and cold. The fish chowder was excellent. I didn't expect much when I ordered it but was pleasantly surprised. We had fried clam strips with fries, which were ok, a fresh garden salad that was fresh, and... More

Our group of 21 had a tremendous dinner at this place. Tons of fresh seafood and varied choices. Most ordered the homemade pies too that were passed up and down the table. Only beer and wine license so no hard liquor, but no one missed it. Service was outstanding!

Stopped in for breakfast when we were on Pine Island. It is one of the few places to eat on the northern end of the island. The food selection was a bit limited, but we found some eggs, sausage gravy with biscuits, cold grits and burned toast that held us over. The facility looks like it has been there for... More

Service and food was good. Would have loved to have sat outside, but it was just too hot ! Hot cheese toastie and scallop dinner was very well received and consumed. Place was quiet but it must be consistently good as the local law enforcement were having lunch too !

The server came to our table saying Fresh Grouper special today 8 oz. is $15.50. We love Grouper so we ordered 2 specials. To our surprise we were served a basket with 2 complete fillets that were a white flesh fish that were 7" long each piece. Every local Floridian knows you can't catch grouper under 24" legally Peroid. So... More

We love Capt Cons. The view of Charlotte Harbor is grand and the sunset some of the best you will see in Fla. The food is delicious and then it is always a fun family time singing Karoke. Our kids love this place and love to go with their children and also friends on adult weekends. Check it out and... More
