Decent but not really great. Lots of sauce on everything. Fried rice came out sort of half fried and not particularly hot. Tofu was very good but veggies accompanying were too saucy and a little tough to chew. $30 for two; for another few bucks...could go to Ichiyami buffet down the street, which is excellent, and eat whatever you want.More

Can always be guaranteed a great meal when I get food from Seing House. Have not eaten inside the restaurant for quite awhile however whenever I pick up our food it is ready quickly and accurately . All employees are very friendly and pleasant ....The chicken and vegetables and sweet and sour chicken are family favorites . The egg rolls are always good as well as the egg drop soup and wonton soup. The only criticisms I can say is that the beef dishes do not have enough beef ( instead more vegetables) and the entree portions are a bit small. However since they are so good these 2 flaws will not stop us from going to Siena House.More

Being from Chicago and spoiled by China Town, I am very fussy when it comes to any sort of Chinese or Thai food.. typically we get takeout from Sieng House but we had some time the other day and stopped in for lunch. The restaurant...is very clean and the food is very fresh. I always have General Tso's shrimp for dinner and noticed they have a lunch menu til 3 PM. General Tso's chicken was on the lunch special and I asked if I could have shrimp instead- they graciously said yes and I was only charged 25 cents more! The shrimp are always huge and very fresh. My husband had the pepper steak and it was excellent as well. By the way, whenever we are under the weather, we always get a quart of their wonton soup- excellent as well. Also, you can tell a lot about a restaurant by visiting the rest room which was spotless by the way! I now have my entire office addicted to the food at Sieng House!More

New owners and they know they absolutely need to be open on Sundays, particularly for takeout...and now they deliver! Good comfort food, just stick to the House specialties and you won't go wrong!

Mediocre at best. Nothing special at all, there have to be better options around. Would not recommend, pass this one on by.

This place was best for over 15 years. Owners sold about year ago. Have given it 3 chances...the chicken is slimy and you can not chew it. Sad...because it was best in town. Place was empty on Sat night and phone was not ringing. Horrible...food. Sad because the fried rice was good but the chicken you could not even chew. Chicken and pead pods the chicken looked like it was grey and it was supposed white meat. NOT good...had to spit out the chicken...that is how bad it was.More

I was not a fan of previous ownership and nothing has changed in my opinion with the new ownership. The Sesame Chicken had more bread and less recognizable chicken than a McNugget and who the heck puts mushrooms and soggy cabbage in this classic dish?...The vegetable soup was flavorless and the egg foo yung was without appeal. I had hoped that this would be my savior in terms of finding a Chinese restaurant in FL of the quality found in the worst NY Chinese restaurant (Uncle Tai's is the exception but is $$$$) but alas I must rely upon Pei Wei until an affordable and tasty and consistent Chinese restaurant appears.More

We used to take out from here for years. Probably the best Chinese takeout we had in Boca area. Not anymore. Each time we took out food from when they first took over the worse it got. The owners should call the previous owner (husband...and wife) and have them come in to reteach them how to make proper US-style Chinese food. Broccoli seems overcooked. Fried rice is bland and just not the same quality from previous. I hope it gets better. :-(More

I loved Seing House for years. The food was always fresh and delicious. Well no more, I ordered ribs. they were smothered in sauce barely edible. The rest of the food was blah and nothing to write home about. I LOVE my Chinese food. I...won't go back. The children's meals were blah as well. Lo Mein was tasteless.More

Great, quick take out. Owner cook a sweet guy. It is fun to also sit in a booth and watch him cook up his delicious food. Boca mainstay for many years. Simple surroundings, clean and consistent quality.
