I always have a positive experience

This time I sat outside on the very relaxing gliders. I had very good service and appreciate that all the staff is masked even if it is not recommended. (I am not, all servers should be). Our food was tasty and priced according to what the market says it should be in this location. face it, people, everything is going up. A good meal is worth the price. I tried the Hong Kong Wok noodles for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. A real winner.

I guess I got them on a good day

I see many poor reviews as I type. My experience can be further from the experience of others. As it is Covid World, I only take out. Do not trust outside dining either as people speak louder and thus droplets go farther. Meal packed nicely. Food was all top quality. The spicy edamame could have had more 'zap" but I like extremely spicy food. My wife enjoyed. We had 2 rolls and 3 apps and were very satisfied with both. $75

Some Excellent Asian treats

We had made a reservation for 6 pm and when we arrived we decided to sit on their outdoor terrace. The table was in a sliding swing. Alex, our waiter came over with the menus and water. After looking over their extensive menu, we all decided to have their dishes in a bowl. I chose their fresh Chicken Ginger dinner ($16.50) and my wife ordered the Udon Chicken dinner ($17.00). Our friends ordered their Udon noodles with vegetables and Tofu ($17.00) and a dish of Udon noodles with Shrimp and Chicken ($20.00). It didn’t take very long before Alex came back with our meals. Everything was excellent, very tasty and very hot!! We all passed on dessert. Vivian, the owner, came by to make sure that everything was perfect. We will definitely have to go back to try their sushi. Enjoy!!

Be Prepared to PAY - One Piece Sushi $7!~!!

Having been a loyal patron for years, I just have to say how upsetting it is that Rise has increased the pricing and reduced their portion sizes significantly. I've referred so many people there over the years and had enjoyed it for so long, but now, they've outpriced me. As the portion sizes of the rolls has decreased so much I now have to order a couple of pieces of sushi to supplement - I was BLOWN AWAY when I was charged $14 for two - yes, $7 for one!!!!!!! And $25 for two glasses of a below average Chardonnay that was about $12 a bottle. What a shame. All I can say, is BUMMER. Hoping they'll reconsider passing on this horrible economy to their patrons of years.

This was my gold standard and now it’s to be avoided

Awful service. It took forever to make eye contact with someone and then we all felt they were doing us a favor taking our order. We sent back the sashimi because it had an expired aftertaste. I’ve been loyal to this place for years but it will be hard to recommend to anyone or actually go back to. When a sushi restaurant puts out poor quality raw fish it’s time to move on. They can send the wait staff to charm school and hope it will help but the product especially at those prices is intolerable. I should have suspected something when we arrived and had to search the place for a hostess to seat us. That was the tip of the iceberg. We won’t be back for the foreseeable future.

Food Good, Service Abominable and Management Rude

We had a 6 pm reservation for four of us which was honored. After 20 minutes we had to ask for a waiter to give them our order. It took another 20 minutes for the first of the appetizers to arrive. They dribbled in one at a time over a 10 minute period. There were four appetizers ordered. It was, again, another 20 minutes after the appetizers were completed that the main courses arrived. All the food was very good. As we were presented with the check upon completion of our meal, a woman came to the table and told us to "hurry up, a lot of people are waiting and I need this table." She was not the least bit interested in the fact that we were signing the check and that the service was ridiculously incompetent. She just kept insisting that we get up. This was the height of rudeness after they were the cause of us being at the table so long.

Delicious Lunch!

Perfect for a quiet Friday afternoon lunch. Got a great table on the water. Staff was efficient and friendly. Seaweed salad, steamed dumplings, California roll and samurai roll were del ious and very fresh! Would definitely recommend and for sure we will be back.

Not impressed. Took out from the restaurant. Mongolian beef was 85% onions and (a) few vegetables, not a lot of beef. Had to pick thru the onions to find the beef. Restaurant did not give us any soy sauce or chop sticks. Sushi tastes very different without soy sauce, really affected the meal.

Good Food Ruined By A Poor Waitress And Stupidity

I’ve been here multiple times and the food is always consistently great. The food is delicious. The sushi is so good, I always want to come back. But, I regret coming back every time. Service is horrendous. First off, What’s COVID? They don’t enforce masks and I don’t feel comfortable! Let’s all just sit on top of each other, but at least it’s outside. Then their is this one waitress who is always rude. Rude on the phone. Rude to everyone. RBF. She brings everyone around her down. Terrible. But the crown jewel. The worst part. They have signs everywhere on the website - NO WALKINS! They force you to call in advance. But then when you call, they are rude, nasty and don’t take reservations or your name. So you have to come and get online. It’s backwards. It’s not safe for COVID. And I can’t believe I ever come back. My advice - wait until they get some nicer staff or come during off hours. And pray you don’t get the nasty waitress!

Quick lunch

Went there for a late lunch and sat outside. They have a very nice set up with tables on the water. The service was ok and the food was good. I ordered the Blue Fin Tuna appetizer. The sauce was a bit too much but it tasted good. I was planing on ordering a couple of rolls but the app was very filling. I believe it’s a bit pricy but I will definitely stop by again to try other items.

GOT SICK FROM BAD FISH

This was our go to spot! Until Sunday, January 5th when we were served BAD tuna tataki. I thought it tastes strange but my boyfriend thought it was ok and ate it all. Needless to say - it wasn't ok. He was soooo sick that he missed 2 days of work. Too bad - never again!

Worst service ever

Delicious Sushi
