We were told this place is the bomb! In reality, bombing this place would be an upgrade. Will not be back. We felt rushed. The server was always in a hurry. Hate that! The edamame app came cold as did my Tom Yum soup. I...hate cold soup. Sent both back to get fixed. They were ok when they came back. My daughters ordered the tuna salad with no dressing. It came w dressing and had to be sent back. Our rolls showed up and looked nice, but were eh. Rise did not live up to the hype !! We will not return! Too bad. There is so much competition in this field and this place is a definite pass.More

We made reservations and requested and outside table when we called in to make reservations. When we showed up it took a bit to find our reservation and then they told us that outside was full but if we waited 10 - 15 minutes a...table would be open or we can sit inside. So we decided to wait since it was a sort wait. I literally sat there while I guy came up to the front (Mike?) didn't consult with the hostesses and then asked a party that came in after us if they wanted to sit outside and gave away the table we were waiting for. When the girls found out and told him he just shrugged and carried on. They then all ignored us until we went over and brought it up and then they ignored the part about being outside and just picked up 4 menus and took us to an inside table without a word being said. Not wanting to ruin the night further we went to the table. At the table we order a bottle of wine and 4 glasses. The waitress asked if we wanted a little wine in our glasses or half. We thought she meant the glass half full. She instead literally poured half a bottle into two glasses and then asked if we wanted another bottle of wine. Lastly at the end of the night we gave her two credit cards to split the bill 50/50. She comes back a little bit later asking if we gave her two cards because she only had one. Then I watched her search to the floors to see where she had dropped the other card. So service was atrocious to say the least. As for the food the sushi and rock shrimp tempura was good but nothing memorable. There are definitely other places that are just as good or better locally (I prefer Yakitori Sake House in Boca more than here). For the non sushi items they actually were not very good. The fried dumplings were small and leathery and the Thai Basil Beef was food court quality (if you want noodle dishes Basilic Vietnamese is a much better bet).More

The food was excellent, and the service was OK. Large restaurant feels sort of industrial, not Cozy.

Love the sushi here and the ambience of the outside seating area.Rise is a great choice for a light fresh meal either lunch or dinner.we love bringing friends here when they visit Florida in the winter!!!

Both my wife and I are doing Keto which is a weight loss program that strictly limits carbs and sugar. With that in mind, sushi is not something you would think about for a meal. Of course sashimi is ok so we figured we would...stop into Rise Sushi for lunch when we were in the area. We very pleased to find out there were more options than we anticipated. We started with the spicy tuna tartare, and we ordered with slices of cucumber instead of the usual chips. Rise also has a number of cucumber wraps that use no rice so we each had a rainbow wrap that was outstanding. Of course a couple of pieces of sashimi and some masago and we were enjoying an amazing lunch. Everything was fresh and delicious. We will definitely come back soon.More

The sushi here is good... the service is on the slow side... they have outdoor seating that are swings ( which seems cool, but you can’t really be comfortable).... if you have any interest in cocktails and sushi find another restaurant... the drink prices are...too high ( and the service is slow)... we ordered a martini ( without an expensive vodka) that was $13 and a Pinot Grigio that was a common brand that was $16... I would suggest the place only for lunch during the week since they have some good specials ... it’s a shame they have decided to nickel & dime customers... they had chance to be “the” sushi spot in Boca!More
