It's puzzling why restaurants pretend to be something that they are not. French fare has panache, Casimir's offering is mediocre at best.

We enjoyed the crispy duck special on Tuesday evening. For $19 you are served a large portion of duck over roasted potatoes with a delicious winy sauce. The duck was cooked well with crispy skin. The service was good. Nice atmosphere.

Found Casimir while searching for Bouillabaisse in the area. Discovered that they serve it as an occasional Wednesday night French special. While checking their site I discovered that they have a Tuesday special for Crispy Duck. So I went on Tuesday and tried that. It...More

My friend and I happened upon this restaurant purely by accident. We didn't have any reservations, though it was fairly early. We both love French cuisine, and the menu had delicious options, like Duck, Tagines, muscles and fries. The hostess was very friendly. The service...More

Having been to Casimir twice for lunch I ordered a different salad with chicken each time, and each time it is really dry. Last time some of it was so hard you could not cut it with a knife

We ordered from the special Deluxe 3 course menu and Gourmet Complete Menu which costs $39 and $33 respectively. The food was delish. We ordered French Onion Soup and Escargots as the appetizers. We had Veal Pappardelle, Seafood Linguini (in curry tomato sauce), Linguini Vongole...More

Excellent lunches; the half sandwich and soup combo is great. The French Onion Soup is authentic and of a good size. Service is fast and efficient.

My husband and I enjoyed a delightful Saturday night dinner at Casimir Bistro. The restaurant made us feel like we were back in Paris dinning at a cozy outdoor cafe. My husband enjoyed their Duck L'orange and said it was the best he's ever had....More

Six of us had dinner here a few days ago. The staff could not have been more accommodating and the food was authentic French--often hard to find. We will be back.

The point of Cajun-anything is the spices. But it doesn't have to be "hot" spicy. Casimir staff helped my wife who can't handle hot-spicy
