The shrimp fajitas contained about six shrimp. Medium in size. Mostly a dish of onions, no peppers. A waste of money. Bartender came up and asked what we wanted to order problem was she never gave us a menu. Was rushed to order and was...totally disappointed in the food.More

My husband and I have been here before. Two years ago, it was amazing. Last year the food was good but the service was not. This year was just bad. For the first time in 35 years of being with my husband, he sent his...food back. He ordered his steak medium rare, and it came out well done. This wasn't an oddity since 2 other tables also sent food back, 5 plates that we saw went back to the kitchen. They only replaced his steak, not the fries he ordered with it. At no time did we see a manager. This bothered me more than the food, I work in customer service and would never leave my team to defend a negative experience and not personally apologize. It just says they do not care about their customers or employees. Will not go back.More

Dropped in after church & had lunch for 1st time here, we're usually dinner regulars. Turns out they open at noon, which we didn't know, & we sat on bar side for 1st time. Menu a lil different, natch, so hubby had steak quesadillas w/guacamole...(upcharge), & I had that delish cheesy shrimp. Glad it came w/couple of those yeast rolls w/cinnamon butter we looove. Dessert we can't pass up is their superb carrot cake, so huge we always take most home. Much less crowded than usual, maybe cuz Father's Day they were all grillin, or mom cookin. :DMore

Went for a family dinner. There were 7 of us in the party. When we told the hostess she immediately said “oh that may be a problem the server already has a table with 2 people.” When I inquired further she again said that would...require the server to have 2 tables and a total of 9 people to serve I do think we can accommodate that. I ask how that could be and she said we don’t like to overwork our servers. At this point we turned around and left.More

Took our mom out for dinner to celebrate her birthday tonight, we got there at 6pm 2 in our party ordered the prime rib, unfortunately they were out of the prime rib, then they ordered the porterhouse steak when it arrived at the table it...was a t bone, my fried fish I ordered was not eatable it was mushy, so undercooked. We waited forever for our salads, didn’t get silverware till we asked for it. Seems like they were very under staffed. Won’t be going there any time soon. The waitress we had was wonderful, she was just so overwhelmed and trying to keep all her table’s happy.More

My bf and I used to love coming to the Belleair Bluffs location but stopped due to long wait times and poor service. We went again on a whim and it has gotten much more organized! The servers seem less stressed and even a manager...came by to introduce himself and say hi. We mentioned that it seemed more organized, and the food was coming out much faster. He promised to keep everything timely and delicious as always. We are looking forward to see Cody’s become our go to spot again! Props to the new management! He has definitely made a difference!More

We love Cody’s and come here one while visiting family locally. The menu is very good with lots of choices. I got the 1lb burger and it’s a monster. Well cooked and tasty. Service was good but felt sorry for the staff as they had...70% of the dinning room empty because of the lack of servers. Lucky we did call ahead reservations and were seated upon arrival. The people out side had a 35-45 minute wait. The peanuts they are famous for were a little soft/stale, but the rolls were hot and the salad was good! Great place for a family visit for sure!More

Disappointing Service… As we were walking in, a couple was walking out saying the server never came to their table. We were then apparently seated at the same booth as the departed couple. No one showed. Finally the hostess came over to get drinks and...“find out what’s going on back there”. Finally got a server, took the order. A runner brought out the meal. Never saw the server again, had to flag her down to get the check. Food is always good; service is usually good.More

This was our first time here and definitely not the last. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and shown to our table. Our server Michael was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. His suggestions came out exactly as...described - from their on point salad dressing to the perfectly blended cinnamon butter for the rolls (and my sweet potato). Our steaks were tender and didn't need A1. A definite hidden gem in a shopping center.More

I won’t be giving Cody’s another chance. Ordered prime rib craving a steak. I like mine prime rib medium it was blue in other words raw. I sent it back & voila 4 minutes later there it was! Still raw . I asked for manager...she was very polite & took this off my bill . The server came with my bill & they charged me for half of the salad that came with the meal. Needless to say I had my meal removed from table In closing one of the staff was picking ice out of the ice machine with her bare hands & eating it. DisgustingMore
