We took a trip to the Riverfront and chose to eat here as the menu was different and they had an nice outdoor deck and the weather was beautiful. It was happy hour and it was very busy/loud at the bar, even outside, and we noticed we were the only couple with children (though a couple with a child arrived... More

Had dinner on a work night. The bar was small but the beer was delicious. Had the hipster ipa, well maybe more than one. Had a salad for dinner that was large and filling, I will go back.

We found this restaurant conveniently located near the kids museum and mini-golf in Wilmington. The food was very good, and the wait staff was excellent. Lots of choices for everyone, nice beer as well as root beer. Best choice in the area.

We were passing through, looking for a restaurant and navigated to Iron Hill. It was en easy drive off the interstate. Wasn't sure if it was kid friendly but it was. We sat on the upper deck, the weather was great. Our son loved their In house root-beer. Normally he does not like the root-beer at micro-breweries; but gave this... More

Iron Hill is the best chain retaurant in the Wilmington area. It can't be beat for casual dinning. Good selection of appetizers and entrees all at reasonable prices.

I came here and had their Big Bleu burger... Iam usually an anti-chain type of guy but I made an exception because of the great things I've heard about them. So let's break it down Bun--great brioche Toppings--incredible bacon and blue cheese....onion rings were also good but not great Burger--cooked perfectly medium The incredible bacon puts this burger over the... We went here for a small family luncheon after a funeral. The restaurant provided a nice setting that accommodated all 13 of us after the service. I had the Brussels sprouts appetizer and they were absolutely delicious. I also had the seared sea scallops salad which was just ok. The service was nice and the staff was friendly. I would... More

Had some time to kill before heading over to the train station and went to Iron Hill for a beer. When I lived in Wilmington in the late 80s/early 90s, this waterfront area was desolate. Now, it is very nice - and Iron Hill adds to it. A nice looking micro-brewery, good bar area and an outside patio adjacent to... More

Food and service were good - not exceptional. A little pricey. We shared the chips and guacamole (I don't recommend it). I had the salmon salad. Salmon could've been seasoned a little. My husband had the grilled chicken sandwich. He said it was good. Might consider coming back next time we're in Delaware.

Yes I am another old man complaining about a loud restaurant. True we sat in the bar (high table), which got crowded as we ate, and true there were two children using their silverware as percussion instruments. The food was pretty good - my wife had soup and some fancy salad, I had fish and chips. Anyhow my wife and... More
