Always a fun time w the most interesting menu I have ever seen. Food was all good to great .We love having tastes and so its perfect. We all tried different soups and several small plates. Can`t wait to go back wait to go back.. Friendly , helpful service. .I have a "lactose" issue and the dessert chef made me... More

Dined at Nage Fork and Flask last night. Found the menu confusing as items are listed as either Cultivated, Caught, or Raised, instead of Salads, Appetizers, Seafood, Beef, Chicken, etc. Once the menu was explained I found the dinner choices to be limited. To be honest, once I found the entrees, there was nothing that appealed to me. Ordered ravioli... More

Nage has completely reinvented itself. Where the old Nage was too formal and stuffy, this updated version (Fork and Flask) is much more informal and fun. The atmosphere is open, stylish and comfortable with lots of interesting wood decor and a large bar right in the middle of things. Went with a group of six, and all were pleased with... More

Difficult to find via our GPS. Took us around backlots but so worth venturing to on this special weekend .First time going and found it very comfortable with great food (French menu) and awesome waitresses/waiters. We had spinach and mushroom omelet, cornmeal pancakes with fruit, pastry sampler and really good coffee. It was to benefit Delaware Public Radio. In looking... More

Meatless Monday is a brilliant idea. Veg. friendly, lets the chef be creative w/ new entrees. The wild mushroom ravioli was very good with nicely sauteed mushrooms on the side (perhaps a little salty) and asparagus. Would love to see a great veg. meal without pasta - maybe lentils and whatever else is at the farmers market. Desserts are fabulous... More

Walking in to F&F is like entering a private culinary party where you are the center of a special night. Remember that amazing bartender from that little cafe behind the Paris opera house, he works at F &F now and made me a dirty martini to die for. Next came appetizers, crab balls like the ones you had in Bangkok,... More

Working with local farming community the food was fresh and good. Dining room rather plain, next time I would eat at the bar for a better atmosphere

We booked this restaurant on open table purely on the name, and availability. My family was tired and crabby and not sure of a restaurant located in a strip center. We were blown away with our meals. Our appetizer of baked brie with grilled peaches and hazelnuts was delicious. Each of our entrees were amazing. Even though were we so... More

We were looking for a special experience to celebrate a few life's milestones, and came learned about the tasting menu available at Nage. After making the reservation Chef Sean called me to ask about preferences, and we had a 30 minute conversation about one guest Celiac needs, as well as what foods were a must and which ones were definite... Farm to table choices that will blow your mind. I go here often and always enjoy the staff, the bar, and the food is out of this world. Always have specials. The Ultimate Bloody Mary is a MUST HAVE!
