Used a Groupon with no hassles for beers and oysters. The oysters were terrific - fresh and just a bit of salt flavor, and the beers were local and refreshing. Service was friendly and made us feel completely welcome. Sort of "beach shack" decor. Definitely a fun place to spend an afternoon down at the beach.

Seafood dinner was good. Went on a Saturday evening not crowded, probably because off season. Used a Restaurant. com coupon with no problem. Waitress was cheerful. Would probably go again.

We had decided to go to Beachside for dinner but when we got there it was closed. So we decided to go to Catcher's instead. It is next door. I had low expectations and the place was empty. We decided to try the happy hour menu, everything was half off on the appetizers. Wow was I delighted. The owner, Rowland... More

I had the Key Kombo for dinner and it was great! It consisted of Jerk shrimp (quite tasty), broiled zucchini squash, coconut lobster (fried with a coconut sauce), and pineapple scallops (scallops on top of a roasted pineapple slice). Had some Octoberfest beer to wash it down too. Yum!

There are so many "raw bar" type places in the area, there is no reason to go to Catchers. It's dingy, the service is so-so. Food is only okay. We often see very good bargains for this place, but just can't return...even with free parking, which is an important commodity in this area.

We had the most fun time with Roland. I ordered lobster tacos and they were terrific. Great value. Right on Rehobeth Ave. we liked the food so much Roland catered our beach Wedding in June 2016. He did a great job and remembered all the little details that make it special. You can go right off the beach in shorts... More

We went to this restaurant because of so many people commenting very positively on it! We were recognized and seated immediately. The food was prepared with great care, and presented well. The portions weren't anything to sneeze about. Well done Catchers!!!

There are fancier seafood restaurants around, but the food here is GREAT! And reasonable, too. The shrimp were really big. the lobster tails were delicious. And as everyone said, the staff is wonderful. We will definitely go back. Don't miss!

Went after happy hour was over and the lone person in the front end was busy trying to clean tables, etc. We were seated fairly quickly and service was prompt, but it was obvious they might be too busy for the staff they have when happy hour hits. That said, the food was wonderful and very fairly priced. Beer selection... More

Food and staff were great. The fried oysters were cooked to perfection. Don't know why everyone's complaining about the asparagus; I thought it was delicious! A+, would go again.
