To start, this place has a great location and atmosphere, perfect for the summer. Katie (Owner/manager? Not sure..) is very personable and helpful. The problem is some of her conceited employees; one in particular (Andrew, I think...dark hair and beard) twice looked me dead in...the eye as I walked up to the bar and turned his back on me, pretending I wasn't there. Not sure why the attitude but it was obviously intentional. This kind of behavior ruins what would otherwise be a 4-or-5-star place. It's so hard to find good help anymore. I normally go there by myself but nonetheless they have made a lot of money off of me; I tip well, am polite, or so I thought. Some of the other employees start brushing you off too after you have been going there for a while. I guess they look at you as part of the furniture and tire of you but that is probably the customer you should value. The food is not bad - a little pricey but OK. But I think I'll give the place a rest for a while.More

After trekking the boardwalk and hitting some side streets for an escape...we stumbled into Aqua Grill. What a treasure. Cozy, friendly, excellent staff, live music, boss drinks and amazing tacos. Will make it a regular stop from now on. Dimitri is definitely a people-person. Beautiful...people gather there.More

This is regularly a gay hangout — we had been warned before going — but my wife and I did not feel uncomfortable with our teenage daughters and friends. The ambience was good, the waiter was very friendly and helpful with suggestions, and the food...was good. There was plenty of outdoor seating, and we were socially distant. In fact, because there were six of us, the waiter was able to put two tables together for us, and another couple moved to a different table, to accommodate us. Very nice. The only minor hiccup was when the bill came. We had asked for separate checks from the beginning. The drink special was half price on the bottles of wine. My wife and I ordered a bottle of wine, and our friends had cocktails. However, instead of charging us for half the bottle of wine, the “billing system” charged us the full price of the wine bottle, then took half of the discount from our bill and half from our friends’ bill. This was odd. Not really sure why the system could not take the entire discount from our bill. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant evening overall.More
We eat at Aqua Grill every year when in Rehoboth on vacation. We share nachos and each had a BLT sandwich. Good service.
We stopped here for a few drinks and stayed for dinner. We were so pleasantly surprised. I had the curry chicken salad sandwich and it was EXCELLENT! My partner had the burger and let me try it. Superb! Juicy and not overcooked or dry. Such...a welcome change in this tourist town. Homemade chips were such a pleasant addition to the meal. Keep on doing what you are doing, guys! Aqua is a welcome stop on our night out.More

Long time staple of this cozy beach town but now with a new look. This beach favorite underwent a massive renovation during the winter break. The new owners built a new deck and gutted the inside of the bar/ restaurant. An updated menu curated by...the chef from The Pines across the street is also a welcomed change. Look forward to spending more time here this summer!More
Came here two days in a roll to enjoy the Mango Daiquiri with friends. It's served from a slush machine -- a quick way for you to get a great drink in hand! I am a light weight and was actually slightly hammered after one...and a half of this and had to get my friend to finish the rest so that I can be awake during dinner and actually enjoy dinner.More
We went with another couple for dinner on a beautiful summer night in Rehoboth Beach. We had drinks in addition to our entrees. I think the consensus was that while the food was good it was not noteworthy. Pleasant atmosphere, decent service, good drinks and...nice food. There is a really cool and friendly staff at Aqua this season. We had a fun time running into people while sipping a few drinks before dinner. The outdoor vibe feels fresh.
