I had the fried chicken (thigh and leg) with collard greens and black-eyed peas and rice. My daughter had fried catfish with mac & cheese, yams, and cornbread. We loved everything. We will certainly return.
I brought 2 platters the food was not that good. Missing the traditional soul food seasoning. I’m told there’s new owners which explains the lack of taste and seasonings. Someone needs to go in there and show them how to make traditional soul food.

This is easily the best soul food restaurant in northern Delaware. You have to go to Philadelphia or Baltimore or southern Delaware to get better so food.
