Tastes I haven't experiences since being in Italy. No American-Italian here. Just the real thing. I recommend a stop for lunch, dinner, or a few of their cookies!

Good traditional Italian deli. All of the traditional cheeses, meats, pastries and antipasti fanfare that you find in a great Italian Deli in a larger city but nestled in scenic Lewes.

Delicious service and food. Great menu and the restaurant is on the corner of Lewes quaint town. My second time visiting and I will return.

Hard to make up our minds everything coming out of the kitchen looked and smelled fantastic. Eggplant roll ups, arugula salad and fired oven margarita pizza did the trick for the three of us! Hmmmm good

Italian perfection! My only issue is the parking... But totally worth it... Limoncello is my fav drink and their pizzas are made in brick oven, nothing better than that black char in your pizza. Love it!!!

We had some lovely pizzas here, but the best thing was the speck, spicy copa, and burrata that we bought to make some picnic lunches. Very fresh and excellent quality charcuterie and cheeses. The cookies looked excellent, too.

The food is phenomenal! Wait staff is very friendly. The seating of the restaurant is tight as there is basically a market style to go area. With that being said, it is not an intimate dining experience. HOWEVER it is an amazing place to fill your stomach. HIGHLY SUGGESTED!

A classic Italian deli. Hanging cheeses and meats and the wonderful aroma. You can eat in ore take out. The portions are generous and they also serve pizza and baked goods.

This place is easy to find and parking is plentiful. We were greeted and seated immediately in what looked to be a deli with a restaurant inside. This is a relatively small place and seating is a bit tight, but it is well thought-out. Lighting was appealing and acoustics surprisingly good. I had the best meatball sandwich of my whole... More

Dear Ninjaneer1 - Thank you so much for your awesome review. I just can't resist responding to a couple of things you wrote. About the restaurant in a deli. You are very perceptive. About 8 years ago Touch of Italy was a small deli on Baltimore Ave in Rehoboth. No seats except the bench outside. Instant hit. So, about a... More

You get a lot of food for the price here! It gets crowded so I would go early if you don't want to wait. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The only reason I did not give it an "excellent" rating was the bread served with dinner. It was a bit too tough for my taste. But obviously that is... More

Dear Horsehappy - Thank you for your taking time to post your review. You touched an interesting note with your comment about the bread. You are so right. We always get into discussions about tweaking things to make our guests happier, and bread is the first impression our guests experience.. If we have 12 guests they will have 15 opinions... More

Touch of Italy was born out of two Italian family traditions that trace back to the late 1800's. These two families trace their roots to the beautiful Marche and Abruzzo regions in Central Italy, where one can find rich cultural traditions and recipes passed down from generation to generation. Touch of Italy first opened in the fall of 2010 in Lewes, Delaware and proudly runs five locations in Ocean City, Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, serving fresh items like handmade mozzarella cheese, pasta, pizza, cookies and crispy bread, as well as high quality imported items from Italy. Touch of Italy is proud to bring the Italian tradition to costal Delaware and Maryland, and pay tribute to our ancestors, who imparted to us a love of food and family.
