Definitely got our fill. All of our party chose the all you care to eat options. Food was hot and plentiful- service was excellent. Had to wait to be seated but that is expected on a Saturday night when you have good food!

Very good traditional crab house. Really enjoyed the crab cake platter & my co worker had the one blue crab platter. Service was great.
Was in OC for bike week and a group of us headed here for the seafood feasts. There were so many options and there was sooooooooo much good food. Many ways where you could have an array of seafood. I cannot wait to eat there...again someday. It was inside dining at the time so I don't know if it is dog friendly.More
We arrived at 2:45 PM on Saturday, to find about 100+ people waiting in line to get in at 3 PM. We waited in line and were happy to be seated by 3:10PM. We were NOT interested in any of the “all you can eat”...meals but wanted a dozen of steamed crabs. Waitress told us the price and we ordered. We observed crabs/food being served very quickly around us and our priced per dozen crabs were on our table within minutes. Those crabs did not look one bit different from the all you could eat crabs and were a great disappointment! They were not steamed to order. My guess is that they were steamed earlier in the day to accommodate the onslaught of customers when the doors opened. The crabs were very small, not full of meat, no yellow mustard, and many of them were watery. When I mentioned it to waitress, she offered to “grab a few more from the back” for us. We declined. We had four ears of corn and were only charged for two. The building is very nice, and well decorated but the steamed crabs were big disappointment to me and my friend! We are native to MD, have many years of crab eating experience and expect good crabs especially for the price!More
The Old Mill Crab House is unique, fun and a real gem. Worth the drive from Texas to this Chesapeake eatery. Be prepared to eat heavenly crab Cakes and to laugh as those around you are eating crab legs by the dozen. Jada, our waitress...was terrific! Spot on with recommendations, didn’t miss a signal despite the fact that there were a couple of hundred people in the restaurant. The crab cakes only had crab and the tiniest bit of flour, fried or boiled they melted in our mouths. There was also very sweet corn on the cob and salad. We couldn’t finish everything but gave it our best effort. There is a small bar where you can get a glass of wine and don’t be put off my the potential wait for a table. We were told 30 minutes and maybe waited 15. They turn and clean the tables in lightening speed. Parking is a bit of an issue so don’t be picky and pass up any spot. It may the the Eastern Shore’s best kept secret.More
A bunch of us were displaced because of Hurricane Isais and decided to try this place while staying in Salisbury. We were glad we did. Half of us don't eat crabs and had an ok dinner but the other half were really happy with the...seafood selection. I wasn't wowed by my salad and my mother wasn't satisfied with the six shrimp they put on her salad either. My teenage sons shared a meal of chicken and ribs and still had a meal left over for later. So it can be a lot of food. I don't know if this is what they are known for but their frozen cocktails were fun. I'd go back for those! I had a toasted almond and a friend had a creamsicle. Our server handled all twenty of us with ease. Usually they have a few servers take care of a party our size but she was really great. In conclusion, it's great if you have a group of people who want to rip apart crabs for an hour or people who want to try different frozen drinks.More

We go here once a year for my birthday as we live north a bit and have to drive an hour to get there. But it is worth the drive. All you can eat fried chicken and snow crabs is legit. One of the best...restaurants in the region imo.More
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a kind review! We're honored to hear that you choose Old Mill to travel to for your birthday! We look forward to your next visit with us; take care!
Again My bride of 38 years took a road trip. OMCH was just picked out on the internet. It did not disappoint. Portions were large and there is enough for two meals. Left overs next day was awesome. Seafood is fresh. OBTW. We were there...in October and there is a reason why this is a tour bus stop. Service is fast and friendly. 20% tip is justified. Again put this on your bucket list. Enjoy.More
Visiting in town and went looking for steamed blue crabs... a little small but delicious! Great crab cake and atmosphere!
Despite the two hour drive, I love visiting here at least once per year. The crabs are always tasty. I get the "mini-feast"--which includes five blue claw crabs, a fried chicken breast, fried clams, six to eight fried shrimp, hush puppies, and an ear of...corn. It is all so good and worth the cost--and the drive.More
When we visited here last October, the steamed crabs were plump, full and delicious. Ten months later, it was like a totally different restaurant. The crabs were small for mediums and only one of the 13 was filled out nicely. And 5 of the 13...were very wet, like they had been steamed earlier in the day and then reheated when we ordered them. They didn't taste good at all. Only one of the crabs was filled out and tasty. I was so looking forward to coming back after the good experience we had, but I have decided I won't go back. I'll drive the extra distance and go over to Maryland for my steamed crabs, where I know the quality is always excellent. We ordered a side of hush puppies, and they were excellent. Our Server, Katie J, was very good. She had quite a few tables around us all getting their food at the same time and she apologized for taking so long to get to us. She was attentive and pleasant.More
We visit here about 3 times a year. All of the seafood is excellent. My wife loves the snow crab legs and I usually order coconut shrimp and lobster tail. If you order chicken tell the waiter that you will send back over done chicken....We have noticed over a few years that the chicken is normally overcooked. But, if you caution the waiter the chicken is cooked to perfections. The restaurant is very large, so we have never had to wait longer that a few minutes for seating. The waiters are fast, efficient and friendly. This is our favorite, all you care to eat seafood, restaurants in the Salisbury, MD area.More
This is the true crab house! The staff make sure that with all you can eat entrées that your table is never empty. The all you can eat price includes not only crabs, but fried chicken, fried clam strips, large butterfly fried shrimp, hush puppies,...and corn on the cob. The most amazing of any offering in the area. They know how to move crowds in and through. They do not disappoint!!More
