Average pub food (and that's not a bad thing) in a bustling pub/restaurant with views of the water from the porch. Dinged a point as the Oysters seemed missing from the Po'Boy' - mainly batter unfortunately. Recommend the Hush Puppies.

After traveling approx 17 miles by bike on the Ben Cardin bike trail originating in Chesapeake City Md., we needed a rest, food and drinks. Crabby Dick's had a large, nice outdoor patio that looked inviting. We had to enter the building to find a...waitress, but she greeted us quickly and took our drink order and passed out menus. She was also very friendly. We all got beers and they were having a fish n chip special for $9.99 and two of our group selected that. They both said it was good. I opted for a large bowl of cream of crab soup which was okay. Taste was good but very little actual crab meat to be found. I would visit again but probably try something other than the soup. Maybe the fish n chips?More
Our 1st venture out...excellent choice! We sat on the deck very distanced from others. Servers were all masked. Caitlin was very friendly, efficient and professional! Friends had the fish and chips and the crab cake sandwich. All our choices were excellent...and we plan to come...back!More
The waitress was delightful but the restaurant was a ripoff and the quality of food..mainly the tuna was awful. Also ordered wine a carafe was 14 each and the bottle was 32. We ordered two carafes we expected 1/2 carafe each. We received 4 ounces...each. Why wouldn't you advertise it by the glass or the ounce instead of misleading people.total ripoff don't bother. You don't pay extra for the flies though inside or out.More
Went on a whim. Not taking reservations. Staff wore masks and tables were sanitized after each guest. Was able to get outdoor seating but there was plenty of indoor seating as well. Had fried oyster platter and crab fluff dinner as entrees. Both were excellent....Had crab POUTANES crab cheese fries for appys—it was very good. Drinks were cold and tonight they had a special cocktail for $5. Will be back.More
Crabby Dick's is off the beaten trail. However, it is well worth the effort. Crab cakes were really good. Cole slaw to die for. Great service, wonderful bar, friendly patrons and reasonable prices. Go.
Good off the beaten path place, nice menu, seafood, burger type joint. Nice evening on the waterfront of Delaware City.
Stopped in for late breakfast/early lunch with another couple and enjoyed Crabby omelets and a very good Bloody Mary (according to my companion - I had a Sam Adams) . The omelets were huge with lots of cheese and backfin crab meat. Service was competent...and inobtrusive. Not cheap, but a decent value for money spent and another reason to visit this small Delaware town.More
We visited Delaware city on a chilly December day. Almost everything was closed on this Tuesday. We saw that Crabby Dick's was open and my wife made a bee line for the bathroom which was right across from the entrance. I thought the receptionist was...going to tackle her. "Are you going to have lunch here ?" she shouted to her back. We ended up staying for a good lunch at a good price with great and friendly service.More
Always great food here. The gift shop is pretty neat - you can buy some very unique gifts based on the name of the restaurant! The staff is always great - just one time we had a bad experience with a very inattentive waitress. But...other than that, everyone is always wonderful. This place is right on the water, so you have a nice view of the water and the boats which is always very nice.More
