The Bethany Boathouse is a fun place to go for live music and great food. We have outdoor seating and a gazebo bar on the pond. Live music 7 days a week in season. Our most popular items are our Tuna tacos, crab cake sandwiches and our specialty salads. Dress is beach casual so come in your flip flops and enjoy an orange crush from the bar and a pound of steamed blue crab claws while listening to some of the best local entertainment around. Open 7 days a week in the summer. Open at Noon during the week and 11:00 am on the weekends. Open till 1:00 am every day.

We visited on a Saturday night after a long trip. There was wonderful live music. The food was good, prices reasonable and the beer was cold. A simple combination that would bring back a weary traveler again and again.
We went here to eat our last night in Bethany beach and it was just way to crowded and loud. They had a live entertainer and it was just too loud because they had several speakers throughout the place. The food was good but the...More
Fish (Grouper) and chips (waffle fries) that I had at the Bethany Boathouse was the most delicious and “filling” Fish and Chips I have ever had in my life. My wife ordered Tuna tacos. Each of three pieces of tuna tacos included tuna steak not...More

I wanted to love it, really I did, because the Cottage Cafe is reliable and the location is great. We stopped in over spring break, and although their profile on TripAdvisor says they are still closed for the season, they must have recently opened with...More
Now that tourist season is over, we're trying places we haven't been. We've never been here because it looks like a tourist trap. Actually, a good casual atmosphere, decent service, and decent food. Pub grub is the fare, but we'll go back.
My wife and I went there for dinner the other night. We were seated right away. WAit staff were excellent. I ordered the fish tacos. They arrived in about 15-20 minutes. They were very tasty. My wife was happy with her entree as well. We...More
This is dining at its most cynical: this is an interesting looking, kind of funkily decorated bar that's probably a good place to drink but then it makes the mistake of trying to serve food as well. Three of us had lunch here and we...More
