The fish market has a great selection of fresh seafood. You can also order cooked food and eat in the dining room. The food is very good but, pricey given you order at a counter, are expected to clear your table and the ambiance in...the dining room.More

As part of the region's premier fish market, the restaurant adjunct sticks to the basics, and mostly fried fish and shellfish. The ambiance is comparable to your average fast food joint. You order at a very homely counter and then take your cardboard bagged meal...up a few stairs to the "tavern/restaurant or out to your car and beyond. The urban clam shack delivers a fine uncomplicated meal. The fish market itself has a much wider selection of fish and shellfish to take home and cook. Some 40 years in the business, CFM supplies many restaurants, hotels and loyal customers They haven't gone "upscale" like Legal Seafoods, but every critter on your plate or in your bag hasn't been out of salt water for very long. It may be in a cardboard box, but the clams are very fresh and tasty and at a fair price. If you like fried whole belly clams and fries, it is worth the picnic atmosphere. I suspect fish and chips would be equally pleasing.More

We got the shrimp as a take out dinner and it wasn’t as good as usual. The shrimp were small and tasted just ok. Usually the food is awesome at the take out spot but this time it wasn’t good. Maybe we hit it on...an off day or maybe it’s changed since we were last there. Sad to say, not like it used to be which was excellent!More

We went to city fish to get fresh fish. Sticker shock! No difference in Quality is the same as Stew Leonards but the price was crazy higher. Good food but not worth the $$$$

My family & I love seafood and have been loyal customers of City Fish Market since 2002. We depend on them for the freshest seafood especially lobsters. Telly always helps me select female lobsters so I can use the roe for fried rice. My friends...from Canada were so impressed with their seafood. They bought Chilean sea bass and divers scallops to bring back to Toronto!!!More

First time here in thirty years, great selection of seafoods. You order at the takeout window inside, then go into the dinning room where you can order beer or wine or soft drinks. Busy place but quick service. We had clam strips with chips and...fried shrimp with chips, both cooked well, tender, not greasy.More

Today, during lunch hours - we were served a draft beer at City Fish Market's Bar and Restaurant, with almost Over Half Filled with foam which it looks to be unethical practice towards consumers. Me & my friend were surprised and laughed at how the...bar is taking advantage cheaply and neglecting customers.More

This is not a common practice at City Fish, or part of our procedure. I have discussed with the attendants in the dining room and corrected the situation. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I also spoke with you about this privately in...More

The fried fish cannot be better. The have mastered the method to make the batter crispy and the fish moist yet fully cooked. I always have fish and chips—which are French fries. The fries are ok but the fish is spectacular. And you can also...buy many kinds of raw fish to cook at home.More
