My broiled scallops had no flavor, tasted like they were not fresh at all , did not look plump and white like i’ve had at other places. So i sent it back and ordered a lobster roll with butter and sweet potato fries. The lobster...was chewey , maybe a 3/5 and the fries were not very good . Certainly not worth the price ! Certainly, will not go back again !More

We haven't gone here many times but decided to try the indoor dining during winter. The place was busy, nice atmosphere, very good wait staff. I ordered swordfish and my wife ordered salmon. The fish was fresh for both and grilled nicely and tasted good....However the portions were very very small. I would estimate the piece of salmon cooked cost about $5 dollars and they charge about $27. It was a half inch thick and about 5 inches long. So we left hungry. I am not an over eater but I probably could have ordered two entrees just for myself. Otherwise the experience was good but maybe stick with fried foods than actual fish.More

Been dining here for many many years, Worst lobster roll ever, we ordered one cold lobster roll, one hot lobster roll, and one fish n chips, worst lobster roll ever, chewy, like rubber, the fish n chips were bland and tasted old, fries were good, service...was excellent and very fast, but for some reason the food here this day jan 12,2924 was terrible, and I mean terrible, I was told to go to Lenny and Joes down the street, but because they only serve hot lobster rolls, we went to Bills Seafood, sorry but we will not return ever againMore

It was a warm September afternoon so we sat outside. We live in the area. We understand its on a marsh and a bridge is very close so the noise was loud and the marsh drew flies. The door to the kitchen was open to...the outside and you could see all the flies. A server mentioned that there isn’t ventilation so they keep it open. Food was fair but nothing to drive far for. Understaffed so servers were also a manager and she seemed put out to share the task of serving us. We asked for more coffees and water buy they never came. So many dining options in the area so Im not going back.More

I have been going to Bills for my entire life on the shoreline. The food was HORRIBLE. I got stuffed clams that were all butter and stuffing (did not find one partial clam). Additionally, shell was cracked in three so i was able to enjoy...cracked shell in the horrible pile of stuffing. Oysters were not shucked properly and enjoyed i picking shells out of my teeth afterwards. Staff lovely when dropping off check and expecting a tip. I refer you to ALL my friends and just last night to family. ... Sorry, Lenny and Joes you have a crew coming to you. And So you know, I have copied this as i have seen bad reviews deleted. HORIIBLE!!! GROSS ACTUALLYMore

This is a quintessential tourist trap by the sea (well, sort of by the sea). The interior is eclectic and a bit noisy, buzzing with excitement. Plenty of outside dining if you can time it right, with views of a small meandering inlet and the..."Singing Bridge". The menu is huge, loaded with your usual beach fare. The food, in a word, is mediocre. It's good, but it's not great. Fish and chips consisted of four limply breaded discs that undoubtedly came out of a box. Good fries. Stay away from the coleslaw....tastes like it was soaked in the dish water. Drinks (non-alcoholic at least) are huge. Service was friendly but mixed up (that often happens when server takes your order, but then it's delivered by some high school kid, who came by three times with someone else's order). And our meal, for some odd reason, was served "backwards"...we got our meal fairly quickly, then had to ask for our chowders, then lastly came our drinks. So I dipped my fries in my clam chowder!!! Prices are fairly reasonable. Everything served on paper or plastic. And speaking of which, they only take paper, not plastic when it comes to payment, so bring cash to avoid those sketchy ATM machines by the door. And parking is a nightmare.More

Great location - traditional seafood shack. Whole belly clam dinner was a bit small but tasty. Seafood pasta was very tasty. Great assortment of beers. Well worth a stop. Good vibe on deck.

Missed the Mark by a lot. Had not been for years as I moved too far away to come and visit. The portions were small tasteless and expensive. Food comes on a tiny paper plate with plastic forks. This has turned into a tourist trap....It is still a great place for a drink with a view or to listen to live entertainment. It’s a seafood restaurant but I wish I ordered the Prime Rib. The icing on the cake after a disappointing dinner was that the accepted cash only. I would definitely go for a beer or a drink but next time I am hungry I will go elsewhere.More

We went to Bill’s for two bites in a row. The first nite we had lobster rolls w/butter. They w were were delicious served with more melted butter. Dish included fries or coleslaw. The next nite, we had FRIED lobster rolls (a special) also excellent....Service was consistently good. Lobster roll in butter/mayo was $28.95 ea. No wait the first nite and less than 15 minutes on the second nite.More

Pleasant outdoor seating and good service (hence the 2 stars), but the food wasn't good. My fried clam strips were 99% batter; in the few pieces that actually had clams in them, they were very, very thin strings - almost transparent. I cut all the...pieces in half, and in most of them no clam was visible. My husband's rice was hard (undercooked), and his baked cod had an unpleasant spice on it. Go elsewhere if you are going out for decent food.More

Tried to come for happy hour, however when we got there, there was no sign of a happy hour, my clam chowder wasn’t even granted the happy hour price that was advertised online. Our server was nice and friendly. The food came out quick. CASH...ONLY. On the pricier side. The fried fish was on the blander side. Indoor and outdoor seating on the water. Ashleys Ice cream is also on the complexMore

Great local seafood place for a very casual meal. We all enjoyed the seafood we ordered and the atmosphere was fun and low key. We ate on the deck (picnic tables) since it was a beautiful evening. After eating the seafood, we walked next door...for ice cream - delicious flavor of the day was Amaretto cherry. This place is CASH only no credit. ATMs are on premise if needed.More
