We went there during lunch time, but ordered arroz con mariscos from dinner menu, seafood rice was enough for two of us to share, but it was too salty for our age, got to tell the chef go easy with salt on our next visit

It's simplicity but cleanliness amazed me. The food was absolutely delicious and abundant. Must try their signature dessert Tres leches I am definitely going back.

Nothing like been spoiled with superb Peruvian food! The ceviche, tamal de pollo, and the Cora orgia marina, and so on were delicious!

We stopped there not for a meal; yet the host was most gracious to offer us a table. The table was covered with place mats with "Inca" motif. Walls were decorated with a few photos depicting Andes and colorful fruits and vegetables of the region. The tiled floor was immaculately clean. The environment was relatively quite, populated by early middle... More

When you walk into Cora Cora, you are greeted by a life-sized llama. No, it's not real, but it is memorable. And so is the restaurant. All of the bounteous dishes are fresh, made-to-order,and really delicious. The bright yellow Incan Cola may be an acquired taste, but I could get addicted to the air-puffed salted corn and green sauce that... More

Not too many Peruvian/Latin food places around, so this is a welcome break from other cuisines. The Cau Cau De Pollo is a delicious stew-like dish. The mixed grill appetizer is so tasty, but you may need to be brave to eat beef hearts, chicken gizzards, and tripe!

Hector is the owner can make you fell uncomfortable if you make a mistake on your order or your gift card(bring your pay receipt with you) or your card has no value. He charge for the AJI. Hot pepper for your canchita (corn) that you eat while you wait tor your drink and food to come is $2.00 for portion... More

When I want a very good but somewhat out of the ordinary meal in West Hartford, one of my favorite places is Cora Cora. Although the neighborhood (New Britain Avenue and Shield Street, on the Hartford side of the railroad tracks) is hardly upscale, the food, the service and the atmosphere are worthy of West Hartford Center. Peruvian food is... More
