The location is right off I-84 The parking is plentiful and food is excellent! They have a great bar with high tops and booths or make a reservation for the dining room! On nice days the have a fun outdoor area. The service is good and food is excellent. The portions are huge, so have a salad, an app and... More

Met a friend for a quick martini and appetizer. We both had a blood orange martini's that were very refreshing. Although they were not made with blood orange liquor, they used blood orange vodka instead. We shared an appetizer, broccoli rabe salsiccia and fried calamari fritta. The broccoli rabe was cooked perfect, the sausage was a well made pork sausage... More

I visit with Family once a year and the last evening is tradionally spent at Brass City!! And that for 5 years now!! Their lobster bisque is always " out of this world". There are usually five of us and always taste each others dishes--I haven't found anything mediocre yet!! I will always go back as Long as there are... More

We called ahead. We arrived around 4:30 on Friday and it was unexpectedly not busy. We were promptly greeted by our last name. (The host said she was psychic) We were given a booth. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. I had the sauteed chicken with cherry peppers special and my husband had the scrod. I... More

Was very disappointed on last night's visit. The food was average. Service was great. My veal parmesan was served over overcooked pasta with no sauce. The scrod was accompanied with cold vegetables. Our friends meals were equally disappointing. Past visits were always above the norm. We are going to take a break from BCB and hope the food improves.

Brass City Bistro used to be a regular spot for me when I lived in the area. While I don't get there as often, it's a place I return to on occassion. Why? The restaurant is conveniently located on Hamilton Ave., when coming from Interstate 84. The main draw is delicious homestyle Italian dishes made with care and the friendly... More

It was a pricey buffet, $35 with hot coffee/hot tea. For the price I think one Bloody Mary or Mimosa should have been included. We were first in line. 90%of my food was cold at this time: stuffed fish, lobster bisque, french toast, and sausage. The next go round ,the food was hotter, but I was less hungary by then. I... More

My wife and I recently had a birthday dinner here. From appetizer to dessert, everything was excellant. I had salmon and she had veal. Both were very large portions, well prepared and presented. Their lobster bisque had a generous portion of lobster and was delicious. This Is a Very COMFORTABLE Restaurant, great staff, well priced. I highly recommend it.

The location is a little out of the way but don't let that keep you from trying this place. The wait staff is very informed, attentive, and very friendly. The meal was paced correctly. Tried the lobster bisque after reading the reviews. While it did not live up to 'the best I've ever had' it was very good. The food... More

I recently had my company Christmas party at the bistro. If you asked me for one word to describe our experience at the bistro it would be: OUTSTANDING. Upon entering the bistro we were immediately greeted by a friendly staff person and shown to our private room. We were asked if we wanted a cocktail and it was delivered in... More
