I wouldn't say there was a lot of food on my serving, and that was probably a good thing. It is just not the large size we americans are used to seeing in restaurants. They have fresh lobster done several ways at market price and some great fish of the day specials.

This is my go to restaurant when I visit Mohegan Sun. The seafood is always tremendous, but I think it is starting to suffer from lack of present management. Good but a little tired. Surprisingly, they have a great fried chicken besides all the seafood treats.

We ate here our first night at the casino. The food (mostly sea food is really good (albeit expensive) and the service was top notch. We had the sword fish and blue fish. Both were great. I also had raw oysters which were very tasty. Total for 3 people with 2 drinks was $175

The seafood is fresh and is prepared perfectly. Been there dozens of time. NEVER had a bad or even marginal meal.

We decided to eat at the Summer Shack for my birthday. The shrimp appetizer was excellent, simple and fresh. I enjoyed the grilled fish with grilled peaches. Only I wished the dish had more peaches on it. My husband's fish was OK it needed more salt and a bit more seasoning. The chocolate torte for dessert was good. Overall this... More

I was there before a concert with a good friend who had and enjoyed the King Crab legs, but I am writing mainly to tell all the lobster lovers out there to try Jasper's signature Lobster dish. It is made with bourbon, chives and Chervil (french parsley with a unique taste). This dish was by far the best lobster I... More

We went in for cocktails and dinner. We sat at the bar. The place was quiet. We ordered a tower of power. It consisted of 4 crab claws, 4 big shrimp, which were cooked to perfection, 6 oysters and 6 cherry stones. The raw seafood was shucked good. There were 4 different sauces. It was absolutely yummy. We would go... More

Decided to stay at Mohegan Sun after our visit to the Essex Railroad. Lots of wonderful food venues there. We were in the mood for seafood so we chose Jasper Whites. We had a very personable hostess and waiter. We got the fried clam plate which was very good. I would definitely recommend this place.

Typical ran house style ambience.....good service and reasonable prices...My wife had the " clambake" which consisted of a 1 and a quarter pound lobster , corn, steamers, mussels and sausage....she was very pleased....I had oysters and clams which were just okay, a seafood salad which was a little disappointing and corn fritters which were light on the corn....bottled beer was ice... This is our third stop here. The first was dinner with table service...the food was great, food service was good but bar service was slow. The next times we sat at the bar, and our luck both times was during a shift change. The leaving bartender was rude to everyone, even his coworkers. Once the 15 minute change is over,... More
